When you’re looking for that small-town coffee shop vibe - look no further than Coffee Rush! They have all the milks, tons of flavors, food and snacks, wifi, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating too. Their service is impeccable too! Coffee Rush is a must-visit for anyone who loves coffee! Forget about those large chain coffee shops. These folks know how to do coffee right! Coffee Rush has been in business in Arizona for over 21 years! Great coffee, amazing service, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived! Thanks Mo & Co! Edit: Order before you sit down - coffee shops attract a lot of freeloaders who like to use restrooms and wifi for free. Some people think outdoor patios are a great place to mooch off of people so this place ensures nobody is bothering their other customers. Don’t bring outside food/drinks into another food/drinks establishment. If you do this anywhere and are asked to leave, don’t leave a 1-star review… try running your own business. I would kick you out too. Don’t smoke or vape on their outdoor patio. Coffee Rush is a small-town style business and they offer an experience with your coffee, but you have to be willing to engage and say hello to your barista. Don’t play on your phone while you order. Make small-talk and take a moment to enjoy the atmosphere. I promise you, your barista will appreciate your company for the couple of minutes you’re at their counter. Treat these folks like you’d treat a small coffee shop - because that’s what Coffee Rush is. They actually care and they’re just trying to run a business without having to worry about folks taking advantage of their space and services. ^ I read some other reviews where folks left less than a few stars so here’s my edit.

My very first time stopping by Saturday morning and I was greeted nicely by two kind baristas (a female server/cashier and her male assistant, both are respectful and friendly - loved his easy going personality). I ordered a Iced Chai and asked about their cupcakes flavors, by the male assistant I was recommended the Strawberry 🍓 Cupcake. And it did not disappoint, it was so delicious - AND had the BEST cream filling I've ever tasted!! These two combos were a great hit, I recommend it!! Plus the early morning atmosphere was nice and quiet, I love it! The second time I stopped by in the afternoon, it was two male servers (one looked like the manager). When I ordered and paid, the older server asked if I had their rewards card, and I did not but kindly asked how to apply. He said it would take a few minutes, but it took up time, as another customer ordered right behind me and hung up his order. Instead of pulling me aside (out of the way of the customer behind me or allowing me to scan the barcode for much easy access, I went through the process of earning a stamp reward for today's payment). I I ordered their Iced Blackberry Tea, Iced Chai, and Lemon Filled Cupcake. The Lemon 🍋💛 was delicious, but my Iced Chai tasted a bit flat, and my Tea was watered down. I asked for their policy, and the younger male server was kind enough to remake my Blackberry Tea on the house. That was a very nice gesture and professional response from him. Overall, it is a nice spot to enjoy coffee.

We typically go to the coffee rush on Gilbert and Baseline and this day we decided to try the one on val vista and Elliot. The two guys working the register were so super nice and friendly. I asked for a no sugar hit drink, he nailed it with the sugar free caramel mocha latte with almondmilk. My son got the strawberry chiller but thought it was WAY too sugary so he had gone back up and asked if they can add anything to tone it down but they said they'd have to just remake it. We didn't want them to have to do that. We also got the cupcake I think it might have been strawberry white chocolate and that too was way too sweet. So needless to say 2/3 we struck out. We stayed and played cards which was a vibe all on its own. We will still be back because it's a cool spot.

This is a cool place. However when I. Got there I had a business meeting with someone and we got to talking. I was just gonna offer my colleague a drink when. Booze the barista comes to the table drop off a menu and basically like you have to buy a drink. My colleague and I started c to laugh she got up to leave and I placed my order with him since he basically gave me the menu to order. He wasn't rude but the actions was more rude. That's not cool. Trust me I'll order something I'm not one of those people who's trying to use their facilities without paying for anything I wouldn't get out and brave the heat without doing so because I have WiFi and coffee at home. Its just nice to get out of the house sometimes in a new environment. I bought a beverage on the receipt it has Wi-Fi password and info on it. It took me a couple of tries to get on their network finally did the log in info says my Wi-Fi is only good for 3 hours. So I basically have to buy something every 3 to use the internet there. I never experienced that at Starbucks before or other coffee shops that I went to. Sorry I'm not a fan of that. I feel like if I am there for a long period of time working or studying I will buy more than one thing because I'm there for so long I'll get thirsty or hungry again and I shouldn't be pressured to buy multiple things just to use their Wi-Fi after making a couple of purchases already. I didn't see any plugs by the booths near the register not sure if that could be changed because it's a nice spot to sit at. The staff is friendly and the main area in the shop is clean. I didn't use the bathroom or sit on the patio to know if its clean. But this is a cool spot to chill with your friends or by yourself and read a book. If they could serve alcoholic beverages like wine and beer here that would...

I USED TO be a loyal customer at this location for the past two years, until today when the man who I believe is the owner treated me incredibly disrespectfully and rudely.

I came in around 1:30pm and the woman working took my order. I sat down and drank my coffee while working for 20 minutes. At this point, my friend arrived to meet me. I went outside and was gone for three minutes at most. We then went to walk inside and sit before our nail appointment and my friend had an outside beverage with her.. in which the man aggressively and loudly shouts at us as we walk in "are you ordering something? No outside drinks." I politely explained that I had just ordered a drink (which I finished thus didn't have the cup) and he says "that doesn't look like a cup we serve here" to my friend. I then turned to the woman working who made my order and said "i literally just finished it and walked outside briefly. Ask her" -- while she did agree, they very rudely asked us to leave.

Since we had about 10 minutes until our appointment, we sat at the table outside in the shade since it's 100 degrees out and I'm pregnant, in which the woman must have then been told by the owner to make us leave because she came outside and aggressively said "this is also our table with your outside beverage and you can't sit here."

I have spent an unnecessary amount of money at this coffee shop over the past couple years and while I understand my friend had an outside beverage, I was indeed a paying customer and if that is the rule, there is still a way to talk to people and not accuse them of not buying a beverage. This was my last visit to coffee rush.

By the way, there were about two people in the overall coffee shop so it's not like we were taking up needed space. Maybe there would have been more people if the owner...
