I feel bad because I want support and cheer for a completely gluten free bakery but I just don't get it! I tried the "rookie" and it just didn't hit the spot. The cookie surrounding the roll was chocolate; the taste was fine (not great, but okay) however it was very dry and powdery. I cut it in half to warm half and keep the other half room temp to compare and once I did that it crumbled apart very easily. Warming it also didn't really do much. The roll part of the cookie definitely tasted better than the cookie; I got cinnamon roll from it, which I was surprised by because there is such a small bit overall. I did not like the combo of the cinnamon roll with the chocolate cookie as I felt the flavors conflicted. I will reserve full judgement on the cinnamon roll since I didn't try one on its own, but in the cookie it was comparable to other gluten free cinnamon rolls I had tried before, not bad but you can definitely tell it is gluten free (a little dense/gummy). The vibe was simple and clean. I get not having seating based on the types of pastries they sell, but something about not having seating I think led it to feel a little less welcoming than other bakeries I have been to. Customer service was fine, I had no issues and they were happy to answer questions. Obviousle based on other reviews some people clearly love it, but personally I feel like the unique product they have centered their business around doesn't really work and in general I have had better gluten free sweets from other places in the area. Also for what you get, it is a...

I’ve been seeing this place all over my social media and really wanted to try some as I’m GF but wanted to wait until it was a little past after the grand opening and went today on Sunday about noon! There really wasn’t a line which was great, but it was a little bit confusing to figure out what to order because there was no menu and only a few things were listed with a little sign and I kept asking the tall brown haired guy with glasses what everything was and it seemed like he was annoyed, but how am I supposed to know if there is no menu or signs. I ended up getting a double chocolate cookie, which was about an 8 out of 10, and the pistachio rookie which is a cinnamon roll inside a cookie I guess and it was a little undercooked and I thought for some reason the pistachio was gonna be creamy and it was hardened. It was a 7.5 out of 10. I told the girl who checked me out I had been seeing them all over their social media and have been wanting to come in and she said ā€œoh wow you must be seeing my face everywhereā€ which I thought was kind of a weird comment instead of saying something like ā€œoh wow, thank you so much for coming inā€ ….I don’t know I didn’t really feel like the people that worked there (owners or what not) were very welcoming, but they were probably stressed out from everything that’s been happening because I guess they didn’t plan on it being so crazy? Idk I would come back here again, but I wouldn’t go...

As a celiac I REALLY wanted to give this place the recognition it deserves but when I went in they sadly fell short to what I was expecting. First the staff weren’t very inviting, which is fine but would prefer a warm smile. We got the cheesecake, an Oreo cupcake, and a red velvet cookie. It was pretty pricy for the size of everything compared to other GF bakeries I’ve been to. The cheesecake was SO good but made both mine and my friends stomach hurt sadly. I had really high hopes for the Oreo cupcake but it was simply not good. The frosting was really good, and I don’t even like frosting, but the cake part itself was very dry and had little flavor. I’ve made GF cake from cake boxes that have had more flavor. The red velvet cookie did not taste very well and was dry but after heating it up with a damp paper towel it tasted better. I was really excited to find a new GF place but I do not think it’s worth it...

Delicious! As someone who has been gluten free for a very long time, I’m incredibly impressed. I tried almost everything! The pesto focaccia was delicious and they even warmed it so I could eat it immediately! The olive oil chocolate and sea salt cookie was probably my favorite cookie flavor, it was so good! The cinnamon roll is good cold but incredible warmed up a bit! But inside the cookie for the Rookie omg drool worthy! I tried the peanut butter cup rookie and I’m so excited to get it again! This bakery is not close to me, so I would have preferred to have been able to eat there, so I was disappointed there were no tables. For a bakery that serves espresso I expected tables. So I did bring my treats across the street to Coffee Rush to enjoy there. I’m really excited to try some of the muffins and cakes next time I’m in the area.

I’ve been gluten-free for 8 years and have a serious sweet tooth, so I’ve tried a lot of bakeries most are just okay. Sweet Impastries? Unreal. The cinnamon rolls are gooey and soft with the yummiest flavors, the cheesecake is creamy and rich without being heavy, and the reeses rookie… it’s honestly addictive. the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and chewy. Even my husband, who isn’t gluten-free, tried everything and couldn’t believe it wasn’t made with regular flour. It’s always busy (for good reason), but the owners are so kind and welcoming. You can feel the love and intention in every bite.If you’re gluten-free, or even if you’re not, this place is an absolute gem!

Sweet Impastries opened just a couple of days ago, last Saturday, so I was super excited to come try it! Make sure you follow their instagram for updates as they have sold out early each day! I came during my lunch break and there was a line, but the line moved quickly and there was a large abundance of baked goods. I got a carrot cake cupcake (vegan), a pistachio cinnamon roll stuffed cookie, an Oreo cookie, and a salted caramel brownie. I can’t believe everything is gluten free!!! All the treats are absolutely delicious and I love knowing that everything is celiac safe. The employees were all really nice and sweet. Highly recommend- even if you have to wait in line!
