Here is the situation i m in today, I called for order some stuff, one of girl picked up, she wasn’t understanding what i m saying and it was hard to communicate, And asked sauce on side for tender, They made it on top of tender, And Fries was very cold,

i realized this when i got home, i called back, and tried to explained situation, like hey my tender sauce supposed to be on side, she said, you didn’t ask for it, you didn’t say that, i mean i know what i want, do you think, i m playing with you guys coming from 5 miles away to pick up my order and my order not right, then i called back to discuss and come back store another 5 miles to get my right order, that’s freaking not make sense to go all this trips for 10$ tenders, as long as she said that, i went crazy, i mean she is young, she might doesn’t know how to deal with customer, or not enough experience, or she really did not understand my order, that might happens anytime in that business, But if you blame me, like, you didn’t say that or you didn’t order that way, trying to take off responsibility from their side, thats not acceptable, never acceptable,

I got crazy on phone, and i said, make my order again please on the side and make fries again, it is too cold, and i m coming there again, another 5 freaking miles,

So when i went to store, she showed me receipt and said i cancelled order we refunded, I said, who said that, why did you do it, you didn’t hear what i said, she said, you wanted to refund and i did, omg omg, i said to myself, god help me please What kind of situation i m in, and i got crazy again, she started crying, i said, why you crying do your job right please Listen your customer over the phone, Then she go, okay i refunded, but i ll make your order and no charge, mistake over mistake am i asking you free food ? i said, i m not gonna accept it, make my order i ll pay it, i will not get it, if i don’t pay, I have some many other stuff to explained too but, thats more than enough, thats the hardest ever my chicken tender order, it was like endless nightmare, they gotta run this business...

From the moment I walked into Smash Bros, I could tell this wasn’t your average burger spot. The atmosphere was vibrant, the energy was high, and the food? Absolutely top-tier. But what really made the experience unforgettable was the hospitality — specifically from Stella.

Stella was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional without ever losing her warmth. She made sure everything ran smoothly, answered every question with a smile, and went out of her way to make sure our table was comfortable and cared for. It’s rare to find someone who can juggle a busy night while still making each guest feel like a priority — but Stella did exactly that.

And the burgers? Insane. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and paired with sides that actually deserve to be called sides — not an afterthought. The creativity in the menu matches the name, but the quality backs it up.

If you’re thinking about trying Smash Bros, do it. And if you’re lucky enough to be seated with Stella as your hostess, you’re in really good hands.

Not sure when this place opened up. It is located where one of my favorite soul food spots used to be in south Jersey. This location must be made for only the best food restaurants. My first time there I had a double burger and fries. The burger wasn't bad in my opinion not different from other smash burgers except maybe a bit fresher. The star of the show however was the fries. Just regular ole fries but coated in a slightly crunchy goodness.

So you know me right, if it is good it cannot end there. The next day I wanted to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Only this time I got a cheesesteak and the buffalo chicken fries. Let me tell you about the joy I had eating this food 😅. The cheesesteak was so good!! The meat to cheese ratio was PERFECT and the cheese was melted to perfection. The buffalo chicken fries were so good. Be warned this was a good amount of food so if you aren't a big eater you will have lunch and dinner. Unfortunately, I housed the cheesesteak and buffalo chicken fries so I do not have pictures but I think that in and of itself...
