Gino’s Pizzeria — Restaurant in Glassboro

Long time customer, but service & order accuracy has greatly declined over the past year or so. Phone orders are almost NEVER accurate, things are missing or toppings are wrong on just about every single order now. Coupons toward the free pizza are often forgotten by the delivery person. Blue cheese NEVER arrives with wing orders anymore, cheese is missing on cheese steaks, etc etc. We used to just deal with it because we like the owner, he’s very nice. Today was the last straw, yellow wilted nasty lettuce and YELLOW tomatoes on our cheese steak hoagies, even forgot the CHEESE, asked for fried onions & fried mushrooms but were cold, raw & nasty from a can, not fresh. Complaints to owner personally are taken like no big deal, the employees aren’t corrected, business as usual, basically ignored…instead he excuses & dismisses his order takers laziness on their “generation”. This pizza place is always our go to pizza place in Glassboro. Today was my daughter’s 1st birthday and we had ordered 5 pizzas and I told them we were paying the tip in cash. The girls on the phone are always so sweet and the driver was also very nice. But whoever called 4/5 times at my daughter’s birthday party was very ignorant. All because I couldn’t find my wallet when the driver was there. Mind you he dropped the pizzas off and left. Didn’t give me a chance to look for my wallet. I am not the type of person to never tip. I’ve worked in pizza places and fast food before I know how the workers and drivers should be tipped. But don’t call me at my daughters 1st party and be ignornant to me when I couldn’t find my wallet. I planned on coming back to tip after the party anyway because again...

Very unprofessional! Gino’s is unaware of their Monday pizza special of $13.99, which by the way is on their website. Overcharged at delivery. Upon calling to confirm the confusion they were clueless! We were being overcharged for this pie. Therefore, we returned this pizza (we have never returned a pizza before). The manager called back and was totally unaware of this special and said “ don’t call here again” and hung up! We then ordered from another pizza place with no issues.
