Terrible customer service from manager Linda and her two old ladies today and in the past. They are helpful for selected customers: usually older females and they ignore anyone who speaks English with accent. They never started the room for me, never helped me in the store and they are too snobby toward me. Today they refused to process return for me because it exceeded 60 days since ordering time. The order was placed online and I received the order items after more then two weeks.I tried explain them that I didn't have the item for 60 days and they didn't care at all. I witnessed a few times that manager Linda was giving store credits for "her friends" in the same case. On top of that, they tried to charge my credit card for returned item! When I catched that and asked them why my card was swiped, they put my money back to my credit card! Manager Linda and her stuff were absolutely disrespectful and careless toward me today. I work in the state hospital and provide the best customer service every day and when it's my turn to become a customer, I am expecting to be treated as a human being. Read moreI purchased a jacket at this store on Sunday and discovered it was offered on a Flash Sale with a steep discount on the website that night. I ordered the jacket online and wanted to return my store purchase. Despite a number of challenges, the manager, Linda, was able to make it right for me - transferring the credits for my Chico’s Rewards to the discounted jacket. I have always been pleased with this Chico’s, but I must say how impressed I was with how resourceful Linda was in solving the problem. I came into the store disgruntled by a corporate policy that reduces a product online, but not at the store, but I must say that Linda ensured that I remain a loyal Chico’s customer....
Read moreCashier was exceptionally rude ( other shop assistant was wonderful and knowledgeable ) when retuning an item she credited me $69 instead of $139! When I pointed this out she blamed me! Saying my shipping slip was the reason ( huh)! I had the receipt showing what I paid. Took at least 30m of her fiddling around on computer b4 I was credited the correct amt and another 15 -20m to ring up my new purchases. Don't mind the time ( although it was excessive) but do mind the rudeness. Love...
