Top-notch service - customer service of this caliber is hard to find!
I initially went in about 5 weeks ago to purchase a car charger for my new S9. Cole was working that afternoon, and although they were out of the regular charger, he was able to piece together two separate components at the same price as the regular charger. He was respectful, professional, and went out of his way to do something to rectify the situation before I even asked. Then on the way out I see a sign about getting an iPhone X for $5 a month with a new line. I ask a few questions, he answers, and I leave excited to talk to my wife.
The iPhone X deal was a limited offer, so I had to work rather quickly to take advantage. My wife desperately needed a new phone but also had her senior parents on her old AT&T plan, so we needed to shift everyone over to Sprint quickly and smoothly without getting hosed. I started going in to the shop or phoning them almost every day, initially requesting to speak only to Cole, to start peppering him with a ton of questions about the process and all the Sprint incentives to make the transition, some of which initially seemed too good to be true. Cole confidently and professionally reassured me, answering each of my questions with the patience of the Dalai Lama.
Fast-forward to transition day, coming into the store with my wife and her folks to make the switch. Cole was busy with someone else, so we were taken care of by Ashleigh instead. I did not think Cole's customer service or knowledge could be matched, but Ashleigh took the cake. She patiently and professionally guided us through what could have been a painful process with amazing customer service. She was an encyclopedia of knowledge, as was Cole, answering every question with care and accuracy. They treated my in-laws with great respect as well. You go to a dentist for a filling? They give you Novocaine. You go to Sprint for a big transition? They give you Ashleigh! All four of us agreed that the process, although lengthy, could not have gone more smoothly. We walked out of that store COMPLETELY hooked up, knowing that Cole and Ashleigh delivered on their every promise and would continue to have our backs.
Since the switch, I have called and/or stopped in a few times more to clarify questions and check on the processing of our trade-ins and incentives. Ashleigh's eyes SHOULD be secretly rolling to the back of her head watching me come through that door so many times, but she always greets me with a smile and patiently and thoroughly investigates my questions and concerns like the seasoned professional she is.
I am here to tell you that customer service of the level provided by Cole and Ashleigh is rare. Being a sales and customer service guy myself, I have very high standards for what I expect and deserve when I am the customer and don't tolerate being given the brush-off or being fed information that is false. Because lackluster customer service is so commonplace in so many businesses, I really put Cole and Ashleigh to the test and they passed with flying colors. They really are worth their weight in gold and I am certain that they are going to be ROCKSTARS in their pursuit of their life goals. He made it super easy and all the staff I met that day were kind and had a great sense of humor. I had one small billing hiccup that was resolved quickly a couple weeks after my initial visit. I highly suggest stopping in to see if they can save you some money. They saved me $40 a month (I was paying $200/month for two lines with phone payments at Verizon). She was kind, caring, patient, knowledgeable and professional! We had a lot of fun! Crystal treated me with respect. She knew what she was doing! She didn’t rush and installed the glass protector correctly! I also met the store manager, Ryce, I hope I spelled his name correctly! He was listening to Crystal and I having so much fun as she gave me excellent customer service! He was very pleased! I really liked Ryce for coming out of his office to recognize Crystal, also!
