We couldn’t be happier with the European Custom Cabinets team, who helped us transform our old, barely usable master bathroom!

Our original bathroom was... let's call it "cozy." It had a single vanity sink and a freestanding shower that was so comically small, with such terrible water pressure, it felt like showering in a broom closet with a trickling garden hose. And, of course, no bathtub.

We reached out to Angelo and the European Custom Cabinets team, shared our vision, and they turned our old, cramped, and dreary bathroom into a luxurious master bath spa!

Now, we have a two-sink vanity, which means my wife can no longer hog the sink—a major victory! We also have a large soaking tub, which my wife and kids love (though if I'm being honest, most days it's a Barbie pool for the kids). Add to that new, spacious cabinets and a walk-in shower big enough to do a victory lap at the end of a tough day!

We even had an outlet installed behind the new toilet for a bidet seat. Side note: I thought a bidet seat was the most ridiculous gift one could receive, but turns out it’s like the Rolls-Royce of bathroom experiences—warm seat, warm water, total luxury. There’s no going back to the savage, caveman days.

We were looking to update our kitchen without spending an exorbitant amount of money. After many proposals we decided to go with Angelo for his enthusiasm, skills and confidence he would be able to match our needs. We were not wrong. Working with Angelo was easy and I would dare to say “FUN”. Angelo is a cabinet magician and always had a can do + no problem + you will love it attitude. We decided to reface our cabinets with new cabinet doors and drawers with "soft close" that we just love. Our peninsula cabinet was refaced in a custom shaker furniture style that included a hidden door. The piece alone is a statement. He also custom built a coffee station with a three deep drawer cabinet for pots and pans along with a microwave insert. Crown molding was also added around the kitchen cabinets. We just love our kitchen now. All our friends compliment us on our “new” kitchen and some have contacted Angelo after seeing his work. Angelo is always available with a smile to address any concerns you may have no matter how often you contact him. He has his shop where he can craft any ideas you may have. A Nightmare Kitchen Remodel - Stay Away!

Hiring this company to remodel our kitchen was a huge mistake. Their attention to detail was abysmal, and their poor craftsmanship is something we’re reminded of every time we walk through the kitchen.

Here’s a list of the many flaws: • Cracks not properly sealed between the cabinets and ceiling or along the counters and backsplash tiles, leaving visible gaps that give the space a cheap, unfinished look. • Wood trim and moulding were a disaster. • Cabinet handles were loose and crooked, despite them claiming the job was “finished.” They’re not straight or leveled, making the cabinets look uneven and poorly done. • Hinges were poorly installed, causing doors to constantly reopen. One screw behind a cabinet door wasn’t flushed properly, so every time the door slides open, it scrapes and damages the surface even more.

The lack of communication was another major issue. They didn’t keep us updated, and the project took far longer than they originally promised. Even after all the delays, they handed over a “completed” job that was riddled with problems.

I wouldn’t even trust them to come back and re-finish their own work. Save yourself the headache and stay far, far away from this company. They’ve left us with more repairs than we started with. Total...
