I've been to this Verizon twice this week in needs to purchasing a phone as a gift. The first time I went, I was able to talk to an associate named Isabella, and she was very nice and informative. She displayed great customer service and was extremely helpful with all of my questions and concerns in regards to purchasing a new phone. I wish that I would have had spoken to her during my second visit. The second time, I was "helped" by an associate by the name of Chanel and in my opinion she was extremely unprofessional and not helpful what so ever. She simply spit out information at me without giving me a second to process what was happening and it felt as if she was rushing me out the store. She never looked at me once, she was continuously staring at her iPad. On top of that rudeness, disrespect and lack of proper customer service, the order was completely messed up. I was purchasing a new phone as a present, and she told me that the old phones, would not shut off until I came into the store to switch the old and the new, turns out the old phones did indeed shut off the next day, ruining the present, and causing the phones to go without service. I will not return to this location after...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give negative stars, I would. I went there to have a new phone set up that I bought from Apple. I was on a prepaid $45 month plan for years. It was a sweet deal. They told me they could get me the same deal with better cell reception from closer towers with unlimited everything due to switching to a non prepaid plan. They claimed that I qualified for two separate $10 discounts, which would bring me to the same $45 price I was paying. Whatās not to love about this plan? Well, if you go here just know that the only thing they are adept in is the bait and switch. After spending countless hours back in the store and online with customer service about being charged the full $65 per month after I was promised a $45 plan⦠It was revealed that they have no authorization to stack discounts like that. They refused to acknowledge they were wrong and kept promising the discount. Disgusted, I switched over to T-Mobile and I will never go back to Verizon again. If you go to this location, youāve been warned. Iāve also filed an FTC complaint against them for unethical...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOkay I stopped in just to get a price on switching four lines. There was only one other person in the store being helped and there were three other people that were working.
So first you know they have to put you in the computer system then they have to find somebody to help you even though they're just sitting there waiting for someone to come in.
But the thing that really infuriates me is this is all you do You know that people are either switching from one of the other competitors or they've never had a cell phone before.
After explaining what I was trying to do and them trying to sell me phones hello the phone is a fixed price object the fees for the service or the unknown.
Well it takes probably close to 20 minutes going in the back not sure what they do back there putting it in the computer I guess and then they can finally spit out the same thing that I found online So really there's no benefit in going into the store other than just being frustrated.
So the moral of this is do yourself a favor either call the 800 number or go on their website it's a lot...
