An older gentleman was checking out an older lady whom one would assume he knows personally because he then stood there and had a 20 minute conversation with said lady while I'm waiting patiently holding a 30 pack of Budweiser. The phone then rings, he runs over to answer it, completes the phone call, continues to completely ignore my presence, and proceeds to continue his conversation with the lady from before the phone call. Very unprofessional and rude. A young girl then literally ran over to assist me and took over the guys register. She then apologized for the wait and I told her "oh thank you for coming to my rescue. My arms were about to fall off waiting for someone to realize that I'm not invisible." This is the only time I've had an issue here, but it needs to be known how absolutely unacceptable it is to blatantly ignore a paying customer to have a personal conversation during business hours. I didn't realize m&r liquors was so bigoted in their consideration for people who have health conditions beyond their control.
