Pricing was not what I expected despite reading all the fine print. Came here June 22 for the Groupon deal ($127 for 5 windows at 30% tint). After reading all the fine print, I concluded that I would only be charged for the two quarter panels on my car (+$40 for both quarter windows) and I confirmed this in person as well. With pricing set straight I left my car with them to perform the work. 20 mins later, they gave me a call and told me that they will need to charge an extra $60 to take off the spoiler to install the rear tint. Keep in mind, the stock spoiler/lip on the Mazda 3 is the same footprint as the third party spoiler that I had on. They insisted that they couldn't do it without taking it off so I ended up eating the cost.

Results: They ended up having an experienced user doing the left side of the car so when I went to inspect, there was a small snip of my weather strip cut. Additionally after 2 weeks of having the tint on my car, I found a multitude of tiny dirt bubbles (slightly more than what is considered acceptable). The right side which was done by another installed was fine though.

Conclusion: If my total price actually came out to $167 like I intended to pay AND the left side of the tints were actually installed decently, I would have given this place a 4 stars; this would have been a good buy. Like you reading this right now, I was wary of choosing this place because of their 3 star rating. I gave them a shot (despite being an hour drive away from them) and now I regret my decision. I bet they don't even have my information in their system to even bother honoring their "life time warranty". At a total price of $227, save your money and go to a real professional place. Plenty of shops around offer that price for a 5 window + 2 quarter panel 30% tint without the shadiness...

It's a shame unsatisfied customer's have to give a star. I recently had a sub and my inside speakers installed here I really really regret it my leather consol is badly damaged my leather on my door was ripped open Dan is real rude doesn't stand by his work or equipment I've brought my car back several times it just got worse each time first week the passenger side stop playing he tells me to bring it back I do he tells he can't get me in to bring it back at this time everything he installed stop working I brought my car back on a Monday he tells me to bring it that Thurs I do drop it off not even a half hour goes bye he calls me and tells me my car is infested with roaches he had that problem a couple of weeks ago he can't have my car in the shop I leave work to pickup my car I'm beyond pissed I take to have it cleaned mind u I just brought a bunch of things to clear my car out come to find out it was a green bug no roach I call this guy Dan to let him know he says bring it in the next day I do he tells me he can't get it in once again it's been almost a month and no music Dan started talking reckless the police was involved he told them he would fix the problem what a joke he fixed the sub for a day a half it stop working again never fixed the inside music said it was the Amp now mind u the Amp was brought brand new in the box from Dan returned brand new in the box to b installed told me to buy another one and have someone else to install it so now I'm out a lil over a grand no music. Avoid this business at all costs.It doesn't stop here for me either I work to hard for my money next better...

I’m giving this place a negative review not because of the quality of service but for them smoking in my car and the owner being completely defensive from the moment I started to give my complaint. With that being said I don’t smoke so imagine how upsetting it was for me to open my car door and have it smell like they smoked a whole pack in it. I spoke with the owner who was very sarcastic, rude and condescending. Almost trying to make it seem like it’s my fault. He had the audacity to say “he would go out his way” to have his crew spray a entire 10 dollar can of odor remover which he pointed out that it was a 10 dollar can, completely missing the point which was that they shouldn’t have been smoking in any customers car to begin with. There was no apology and he completely acted like it was something normal.

In response to the owners comment. That is a complete lie I wasn’t looking for any discounts AT ALL!!!! If I was I would’ve went back in person to complain to get my so called “discount” but I DIDNT!!!!! I called and simply wanted to let you know that your employees should not be smoking in your customers vehicles and YOU WAS VERY RUDE about it and didn’t even want to hear it. You are very unprofessional and you are clearly making up excuses to try to make yourselves look better. I am clearly not the first one to make the same complaint about your establishment. Had you simply done the right thing and handled the situation in a professional manner this review would’ve...
