Where do I begin? A friend and I showed up without a reservation, but were kindly accommodated even with it being short staffed. The Manager MK was such a pleasure from beginning to end with explaining the process with us and encouraging us to enjoy ourselves. The rest of the staff was delightful as well, making sure we were set on paint, etc. You definitely get the sense that they love art and that they want art to be enjoyed. You can bring your own beverage and snacks. You never get the sense that they're rushing you. The prices are also great! You just pay for what you want to paint and that's it. This place is incredible. From the moment you book your visit to the end is such an amazing and fun experience! I have been a couple times, with friends, family, my 6 year old and each time is so fun. Every single staff member there is kind and helpful. They are willing to help and offer ideas and suggestions. My daughter had fun but for a 1.5 hr class she said they only glazed for a short time period. The class they setup also did not complete the full Christmas tree I paid for. They did a half Christmas tree nightlight which was not the craft. When I went to pull support their receipt did not show what I paid for just the time and date and their website no longer showed the class.
