Yikes, this was a strange experience. The food was overall good, hence the three stars to give credit where credit is due, but there were a couple of small negative points: I requested my burger rare and it wasn't pink at all, and my friend ordered a "MOAB" without the bun and it looked really sad (wish I had taken a picture). But everything else was good so I won't pick on that too much. It was the service that was very odd. Our waitress was clearly very distracted and forgetful (she brought me coffee without any cream or sugar, which I had to ask for). But that wasn't the weirdest part. We were a party of six and we were sat in the back room. At around 8:30 (after we were done eating but were still talking and finishing our coffee), our waitress came in and dimmed the lights. Didn't say a word to us, just dimmed them. Someone in our party asked if she was kicking us out and she said, "Yes, we're closing the room." Didn't offer to seat us anywhere else, so we asked. She said, "Yes, you can sit in the dining room but you'll have to ask the hostess". Again, didn't offer to help us do that, so I prompted her "Can you help us with that?" At least after that, they did. We got moved to a booth first where we clearly didn't fit, so finally we were moved to another table in the main room. The service was good from that point on (different waitress, we ordered a few more drinks). At around 10:30 we were kicked out because apparently they close the front room when the rest becomes more like a club. I don't understand why that was necessary. It literally takes two minutes to clean a table, and all we had left on it was a few glasses and a bowl of pickles. I understand we'd been there a long time, but we were a group who rarely gets to see each other (one was in from out of the country) and we wanted to stay as long as possible. We weren't bothering anyone, no one was waiting for a table, etc. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth and didn't make us want...

Overall Plan B is mediocre at best in Glastonbury, this doesn't stand true for the one in Simsbury. Take a pass in Glastonbury and make the stretch to go to Simsbury.
Food: I got the squealer and my gf got the chicken sandwich. The sandwich was upsetting and horrid, no sauce, overcooked chicken and no pickles...who makes a chicken sandwich without sauce or pickles? It says it comes with sauce but none was on it. The squealer tasted like a burger mixed with a pork chop it wasn't bad at all, cooked how I wanted and was interesting, it was 'good'. As a side I got disco tots, never again. If you want freezer food just go to Walmart and use a gravy sauce pack you'll get the equivalent. The sauce on the tots was bare and disappointing, with a puddle on the bottom that made the bottom tots soggy.
Drinks: drinks are good, below average prices so you get a nice bargain on whatever you order.
Service: 8 people were at our table celebrating a birthday, the waiter Nick never stopped by to check on us, only when we had called him over. 0 utensils and 0 napkins served until we had to explicitly ask for them. My girlfriend asked for some BBQ for the sandwich and mentioned no sauce, he just shrugged, said sorry and walked away. Worst service I've had in...
Read moreI’ve eaten here four times and never will again. The service a couple times wasn’t good but it’s the food that really sucks and the attention to detail isn’t there.
Once I was served a burger and something on it was rancid. I took one bite and realized it wasn’t edible. Service was so bad I just sat there while my husband ate, no one came to ask how things were. I never ended up putting in a new order for something else. They still charged us for the rancid burger I didn’t eat.
This last time I got take out. The salad dressing was like thick salty mayo and I ended up throwing it out after two bites. The chipotle spread on my Baja burger was not put on as a spread and congealed in a big pile under the cheese so when I pressed the bun together the whole thing popped like a zit. I scraped off most of that mess and the burger still tasted of just spicy chipotle and salt. I usually like spicy foods but this was gross. I ordered tenders for my son and specified to have the sauce on the side and ranch. The tenders came tossed in sauce and with blue cheese. Not to mention they were barely tenders. It was like very skinny thin cut pieces of chicken saturated in breading. There’s more breading than chicken.
Not worth it. Go anywhere else. Sakura is right next...
