On August 1st I went into Half Price Mattress store. I was nicely greeted by Charles. I had not purchased a brand new bed in umpteen years and was kind of out of touch with how beds were updated with Platforms versus box springs. Charles immediately made me feel very comfortable. He was very personable and very easy to share my needs for a really good bed. He showed me many different types and he never pressured me to choose one or the other. Closed on our home and they were in a shopping center close to us. Wasnt sure what to expect going in. But was surprised at the great customer service (from someone who expects a certain standard of service). From beginning to end they were amazing. What we wanted was on a long back order so he upgraded us at no cost so everything would get there the sameday.
