Okay so I'm going to try to make this just short as I possibly, I ordered from this place on October 16 and I got real good service the meal was awesome, so I decided to order from them again on October 18th the same item but this time the second item was different from the first one which I had paid extra for and I called to explain that I didn't get my extra item and was told to come in the next day to get it, well unfortunately The person that I talked to was not there there's a older short man there that will not let you talk or listen to what you have to say and can get very nasty because you have a complaint and then he will threaten to call the police, The food is awesome but I would suggest checking your food before you leave that location to make sure it's correct. I will order from here again for only if there's a different person in there that knows customer service. But not every customer is right but at least listen to what they have to say, without threatening to call the police, really. P. S. If you place your order through slice then they going to tell you a sliced problem if you didn't get something but I don't understand that slices the delivery company, not the person that's making your food. First the all this guy which seems like the owner was not threaten he was the one doing the threatening and then he said YOU PEOPLE, what do you mean...

We ordered our food last night. A gyro salad, a turkey wrap and a bacon cheeseburger with fries. The order took about an hour and 20 minutes to be delivered and we live 7 minutes away. When the food arrived the fries were cold, as if they sat out for the whole hour and 20 minutes. We called to inform them and the guy that answered began yelling and hung up the phone. I called from another number and attempted to explain and the guy began yelling again and hung up the phone. We procceeded to drive there and inform the guy that we just wanted our money back , the guy in the front was actually the delivery guy and the guy that had hung up the phone initally wouldn't even come out to address the issue. When he finally came around the corner we again told him that he lacked customer service and we would never order from this establishment again. We asked for our money back and he told us "NO" & proceeded to call the police and tell them "a young black guy was trying to fight him and he needed the police". My brother is retired Navy, so needless to say we were shocked and appalled. When the police arrived we explained the situation but legally they couldn't make him guve us our money back. This was my first time ( and last) ordering from here. I ordered 3 chicken cheese steak subs. My food was delivered ( good delivery time), only to find 1 sub was made right (chicken cheese steak) and the other 2 subs were made wrong (cheese steak). I called the establishment back to let them know my order that was just delivered was wrong. The man who took my order answered the phone, I began to tell him my order was wrong and explain. The man cut me off and started talking over top of me, raising his voice telling me no the order was not made wrong. He out right said maybe I don't know what I ordered. That man was RUDE!! I did not get his name. I asked the man to bring his tone down. I asked the man how are we going to resolve this? I offered to bring the 2 subs back to be corrected (chicken cheese steaks). He told me no they will not be corrected and continue to talk rude to me. The display of the rudeness and poor customer service I just received could not go unspoken.
