Wawa — Restaurant in Maryland

I am very very disappointed with customer service, I am your regular customer, I come for shopping almost on daily basis after midnight, today I was there to buy a milk bottle and an energy drink, there was one African American female associate in the baking section was standing free and I just simple asked her could u pls advise where is the sugar free energy drink? She replied extremely rudely that I don't know and she made a very insulting face expression, I felt unwanted in the store and from tomorrow onwards I am going to dash inn instead, this is not the first time this rude lady has entertained me with an attitude, please teach your Associates some customer service skills, values and standards otherwise noone will come to your store, we follow your guidelines by wearing masks while getting in the store but why can't you give back the bloody respect? I have had a few bad experience's here. They have shorted my change multiple times. Today I go to get my grandsons some mozzarella sticks that the girl said would take 6 mins. So, I said ok I can wait 6 mins. So I go check out and mins you the line is long so it take a few mins to get thru. So, lady and go to wait and I'm waiting and waiting..... So I ask she tell me they are still coming. So, now I time it and 6 mins goes by and I ask about them again and she's just stocking and ignoring me. So, I say to her there is no way that they aren't done and have been done cause I just waited another 6 mins. I should have had at least 3 orders done by now. BUT THIS IS AN AWARD WINNING STORE THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE THREE INTERVIEW'S TO WORK THERE AND STILL HIRES STAFF THIS BAD!!!! Would hate to see it if it wasn't an AWARD...

I been coming here for 1 yr the staff are so nice every time I go there. Ashley makes my food every time I go in there when she is working. She does an excellent job remembering how I like my stuff made. The rest of the staff will help you if you ask them. The store is always clean good job guys and the coffee always hot. I go here everyday I work at lowes and I eat my lunch and breakfast. Again thank you ashley and the rest of the crew that I didn't get names. I wanted to but this review is at the sper of the moment.
