This location is so rude and unhelpful. I placed an order online to carry out. I picked up my order at the pick up window and drove home. To my surprise when I returned home the order was entirely wrong so I call back to let them know that I received the wrong order and was returning to pick up the correct one and was told they were closed (completely confused as to why they even answered the phone if they were closed to customers). I was then rudely put on hold to speak to the manager on duty as they had checked out their drawers etc. I was fine with that assuming a resolution would be met. The manager ED comes onto the phone and repeats that there is nothing they can do because they are closed as I sit outside and watch people walk into their unlocked doors. That’s besides the point. I ask What will happen to the $31 I spent on food I did not order and this man says “Okay ma’am you have a good night” and hangs up on me. I call back minutes later after I calmed down and ask to speak to the manager and low and behold professional Ed picked up the phone. I asked him if he was the person who just hung up on me. He states he doesn’t hang up on people. I remind him of our conversation and he stated it was protocol to hang up on customers when they’re being cussed out. I NEVER CUSSED. I know better than to disrespect people who are cooking my food. Moral to the story, they suck and I will meet Ed at 11AM...
Read moreMade an online order recently and when I went to pick up my order the staff was rude and completely ignored me as I heard them joking and laughing about not looking in my direction to see how long I would wait at the drive up window. I waited and recorded just to see how long they would continue providing horrible service and after 5-10 mins I rang the bell again. The guy came over after the girl walked off, as if saying "not me", with an attitude and then told me they couldn't find my order under the name in which i made the online order and showed them on my phone. I gave them my number and showed them the email with the confirmation that included my name number and email and they magically found my order but said it was under another name. The employee also continued to ignore me asking why they took so long to come over when I could clearly see them standing there talking and laughing about not coming to the window. It was completely rude and inconsiderate. This used to be my go to pizza hut but between them skimping on the marinara sauce and giving me a completely dry pizza and now having to deal with being served by rude employees I guess PH is off my list. Based off of the increased bad reviews recently I'm guessing no one cares. Don't let your terrible employees ruin your business and turn customers away when there are plenty other pizza options...
Read moreOrdered online at 745pm, a big dinner box with 3 pizzas (one topping per pizza), bread sticks, and the cinnamon dessert. Our food didn't arrive until 925pm. I called the store 10 times before I went to the store at 910pm. not one person answered the phone, i even called from my car in front of the building, and not 1 person reached for a phone. I went in the store, the female employee at the front counter hardly looked at us and said her driver is on the way after we explained our super long wait time and dissatisfaction, that's all she said. No form of an apology or compensation. She looked and acted like she didn't care about our experience. Once the driver got to the house, they said they had a big inspection, like that actually was a reason for their delay. That is not my problem, I don't care. The woman working at the counter should be fired. Terrible customer service, I will never go there again.
We live 7 mins away from this facility, and there are no excuses...
