New China Wok II — Restaurant in Glen Burnie

I just left China Wok11 at Park West the service was not it's usual service I had to use the bathroom while sitting there waiting asked to use the bathroom they told me that it was not open to the public first the lady told me that the door was broken and I said well I just saw a man come out of there one of the workers and then she said it's not open to the public go to the laundromat and use the one in the laundromat I think that sucks because if you can sell food why can't you let someone that's sitting waiting while you're preparing your food you've taken my money and I'm sitting waiting and you said 10 minutes so it's a little longer than 10 minutes I need to use the restroom I will not purchase anything from them again I usually purchase from them once or twice a week this is the new China wok and I'm not happy with it if it's if we're good enough to purchase the food why can't you let us use the bathroom if it's an emergency I urge all of you guys to stop purchasing from vendors and people that won't let us use the restrooms won't let us use their facilities and I'm looking at them is it a prejudice thing I was dressed well I just come from the doctors and I had a nice green pants and a nice green shirt with my new shoes with my initials on them so I wasn't dirty I was cleaner than the ones behind the counter I prayed to you guys family out there stop letting people abuse us and take our money that's all I got to say.These are minority people that have come and made a life and yes my skin is brown and so are theirs Im angryi want an apology I am so hurt I am so angry I have patronize this place they are new here at this site because there was another family at the other China Wall the prices have increased from the late China wok I still purchase. Update January 2022: Added a star over the last year. Still going strong and consistently good. For me, their biggest advantage over any other if the local Chinese takeouts in the area is the quality of their fried rice. Even the basic fried rice that comes with the combination meals has beansprouts and roast pork in it, all with a slightly smoky flavor.

Good Chinese carryout in Severn. They have the typical carryout menu items at the usual price points, but do a better than average job of preparing them. Portion sizes are generous. Their default fried rice that comes with all the combos comes with bean sprouts, onions and plenty of roast pork... Unlike many other places that give you plain fried rice and reserve the extra ingredients for the rice entrees. Flavors are good and online ordering offers a plethora of customization options such as four levels of spiciness and about half a dozen sauce options. My favourite choice is to get light sauce, which basically comes out as a glaze so your rice and vegetables don't get drowned in sauce.

Service is always quick, even when they are busy. We like to order online and pick up rather than wait on delivery. Especially in the winter, as they don't seem to provide heating in the pick-up area. Otherwise, bring a coat!

I recommend the various noodle entrees here, especially the Mai Fun. It has a nice smokey flavor, lots of I ingredients mixed in with the noodles, and the box is densely packed giving you a good bang for the buck.

I have been ordering here for a while and we have always enjoyed the food. Our favorites are the chicken and combination lo mein and also the red curry chicken. We've always enjoyed the food, but tonight I experienced service above and beyond. I ordered through Door Dash. Before my food arrived, I received a call telling me they had made an error in what they sent and wanted to talk to me to make it right. I have had many mistakes in deliveries over the years, but this call was a first. Once in a while, someone will try to make it right if you call to identify the problem, but I have never had someone call me to tell me there was an error they wanted to rectify. They already had my business for the food, but they will keep it for a long, long time for going above and beyond like this to make sure I was happy....
