Updated Jan 2014 In Response: Use Extreme caution when working with this company. They put up a good front to get you signed up. They lock you into a 3 month contract which they refuse to let you out of. Their service is terrible. Double checked how my calls where being answered, most of the time no one picked up when people where trying to call my business and if they did several times they were put on hold. With in the first 3 days i knew i wanted nothing to do with this business however they refused to let me out of a contract and continued to charge me 3 months for a service im not using. If you get a "Amy" as your sales person run the other way! (which she appears to be the only sales person) Check their BBB Rating its an F! If you had terrible service with this company please leave a review, it would have helped me and it will help others in the future.
Updated Jan 2014, in response to Answer National. Their complete response is false, their claim my service with them had something to do with a marketing campaign is completely made up out of the blue, i have no idea where they came up with that. Goes to show how creditable they are. I am not just a ranting dissatisfied customer with no creditable claim as to why i am upset. If you ever decide to sign up for their service im sure you may experience the same experience i have. Again they charged me a full 3 months of service for if what i remember correctly was only a few days and a handful of calls before i canceled , who does that! Any company focused on exceptional service as they claim would only charge me for the few days i used and cancel the service without penalty. Get with the times its not 1980 anymore. Look they still continue to argue with me vs try to make it right all over a few hundred dollar , really focused on exceptional customer...
Read moreSounded great on the phone however they were unable to provide me with local phone numbers. I cancelled when I found out all they could offer was 888 numbers. I had a three month contract, but tried to adjust my minutes to the minimum as I was not using there service, which their website says you can do. Wrong, there is a un spoken and unprinted caveat to what they put on their webpage and that is you can only adjust your plan after the three months. That is not clear and what they put on the webpage states that you can adjust minutes before the next pay period starts. I'm not perfect nor is any company but I know that there is always a way to come to a compromise so both parties can be happy. With Answer National they just give you a big F-you if you are not happy with their service or their service does not work for you. Try Pat Live, they are not perfect but at least they will work with you to make...
Read moreHave been doing business with this company on and off for about 6 years. Most of the time they are "OK". Not great, just "OK". Be careful. You get charged for all calls including your calls to check on a call, wrong numbers, etc. They also have trouble following direction. If you say no out calls, you still get them. You get only email billing. If you want a paper bill you get charged extra. Calls sometimes take hours to come through. They also put your callers on hold and sometimes miss the calls altogether. For my company, keeping in mind that we want a very inexpensive service and also a good job, it can be difficult to find an answering service to work with. They are out there and you just have to look hard...
