“Crummy” quality control, Robotic service, and not a “Crumb” extra! Several of the raspberry cookies that cost $50 per box had almost no raspberry on them, and when I asked for that to be corrected all I got was a robotic blank stare back, as if the service people were powered by AI, heavy on the “A” but low on the “I”. And the box which I had to pay for was ripped and they attempted to repair it with stickers, a cheapskate move. This will be a business that folds at the first whiff of a recession, becoming another vacant storefront in a lousy strip mall.

I have nothing but good things to say about the black guy that was working by himself this morning as I watched him From my car at curbside pick up, he was inside working hard by himself and brought the cookies to my car with a smile on his face. The cookies were absolutely beautiful probably the best looking ones I’ve ordered from Crumbl and I come every week please give him a raise. We need more people happy to do their job kudos to him

These cookies have absolutely no taste. The cookies without their toppings taste the same. It was like someone developed the idea to bake the same cookie and then add different toppings for decorative appeal because no one would notice. People will be visually tricked into thinking they're tasting different flavors of cookies. These cookies are nasty and a total waste of money.

This is the worst Crumbl I've ever been to, and it's so disorganized and unprofessional from the very top all the way down. I ordered a simple four-pack for delivery through the app from this location. I live in an apartment. I went by the app to know when they would get here and I get a LOT of spam calls, so when I got two different out-of-state calls 20 minutes before the app said the cookies were ready, I ignored them. They were different phone numbers each time. Both different out-of-state numbers were the delivery person. They didn't leave a voicemail. Didn't even bother trying to buzz into the building. When the app said the cookies were here, I went down to get them, and they were gone because the delivery person just left them outside and they were stolen. Again, I was going by the app I placed the order from. No attempts to leave a message or buzz in. I called the store, and the manager was so rude. I said I didn't see any signs of the delivery after I got the app notification, and she insulted my intelligence for not answering out-of-state calls and knowing how deliveries work. She also accused me of lying to get free cookies with no evidence. I've never had issues like this with any other delivery place. And she implied it was my own fault I didn't get my cookies and refused to refund me. Called back later to talk to the owner, and the owner agreed to refund me, but was so condescending the whole time. Then after the call, she (the owner of a store) had the audacity to call me back on my personal cell phone while I was at work to CONTINUE arguing with me about who's fault it was that my cookies were stolen. She told me that ACTUALLY the rude manager called me when I ignored the delivery person's calls so that I might recognize the store number. This did not happen, and I know that because my phone had no records of an incoming call from the store that whole night. So the manager lied to save face, but then the owner decided to NOT refund me after all even though she said she would, because it's months later, and still haven't gotten my refund. I had to go through my credit card to dispute the claim, and they gave my credit card the run-around for months.

TL;DR Delivery person and app were NOT in sync. Delivery person made no meaningful contact attempt in a world with millions of irritating out-of-state scam calls. Cookies were stolen. Manager accused me of petty larceny and insulted my intelligence. Owner agreed to give me refund, but then decided behind the scenes to NOT refund me and instead call me back to keep arguing with me.

Maybe spend less time cold-calling your angry customers just to argue with them and spend more time training your rude manager and encouraging your delivery staff to buzz into apartments so that people know someone is...

Recently my son open an app for this place so he can has rewords and free cookie for his birthday he was all exciting about getting a free cookie for his birthday, ( I am normally don't Believe in free stuff) , there was a mistake on the app for some reason his birthday date was wrong even though he has an ID to prove that his birthday is today we are stepping to see if he can get a free cookie for his birthday and find out then the tenant guy ( really rude ) at the store refused to take his ID as approval for birthday and not giving a free cookie. We normally buy cookies at the at this location, not anymore. Think twice about getting free cookie for your birthday next time you’re in Crumbl cookies really Bad experience for a 13 years old kid , they will not get my...

Had an awkward situation yesterday. On my way to work, I ordered 4 cookies for curbside pickup, I paid + tipped on the app. I thought it would be a quick grab and go, but I was wrong. When I got there, a lady (probably the owner) came to my car without my order. It was raining, and I had to open my window and got wet. Trying to understand the situation, she said I need to pay extra for boxes because I wrote a note to put the cookies in separate boxes. I told her I ordered the same way last week at this location with no issues. But she kept saying I have to pay $0.75 each? Can't remember the exact amount. The situation was just awkward, so I decided to cancel my order. If I were her, I would honor and bring my order out and say something nice...
