been coming here since 2021 and i thought it was really good at first but the quality has just been going downhill. there’s been a few times my drink was made wrong, or i was charged an extra dollar or two for ‘taxes and service fees’. the worst was one time when i asked them to remake it and they said “well yeah, but you’ll have to pay for it” you made my drink wrong! why should i have to pay again? i felt sick after drinking the drink. i went in today after not going for a long time and the place was totally SWARMED with children, all without parents. they were loud and obnoxious, making it difficult to enjoy being there. it took me and a friend over 45 minutes to get our drinks, because they said they ‘ran out of boba’ and were making more. i ordered a drink with boba but was asked to make a substitution instead. you would think you’d get your drink sooner since you’re not waiting on getting the boba, but 45 minutes is ridiculous. they made my friends drink wrong and when he asked that they remake it they forgot about it completely until my friend asked 15 minutes later when his drink would be ready and they then took another few minutes to make it. overall, i think this place was good but it’s fallen far enough where i don’t want to go anymore. every time there’s some sort of issue where the experience is...

One of my favorite boba places, and also at a very convenient location for those who live in Glen Ellyn! You have to go here if you already haven't!

I recommend the brown sugar milk tea, signature tea, and strawberry matcha! so far any flavor I've ordered has been delicious! I also really loved the raspberry yakult green tea, okinawa pineapple yakult, the flamingo tea, and other fruit teas/yakult mixed drinks as well.

I like their tapioca - not too sweet, or hard/chewy- the perfect sweetness and texture. I like their cheese top a lot too! If you're hesitant about the cheese top, don't be and give it a shot.

Overall, a great place to get authentic Taiwanese bubble tea. Comparably at the same level as my other favorite boba places such as Bobar or Uni Uni. (If you like Bobar or Uni Uni, you'll love elitea!)

Also their decorations are really nice and aesthetic! There's plenty of seating too. Staff is very friendly too You can customize sweetness of drinks based on your preference.

Before this place, I'd have to drive about 20 mins to get boba, but now there's this amazing place within 5 mins...

It was our first visit to Elitea. I was surprised at how extensive their menu was. They had a lot of options. I was very pleasantly surprised to see they had non-dairy options because I cannot have dairy. They also had caffeine-free options for our son.

The boba was fresh and delicious. I've never had such good-tasting boba at a bubble tea place in the area.

We had the brown sugar bubble soy milk tea with boba, the triple berry smoothie with oreo cheese topping, and the signature milk tea with oreo cheese topping and boba. All drinks met or exceeded our expectations.

The staff was helpful with answering questions and was personable. The environment was comfortable and a place we could see ourselves sitting and relaxing. I found the prices very reasonable for the boba tea but we've paid more at other places. It was a great stop and we look forward to...
