Bassam is a life saver and deserves 10,000 stars! I had a backup issue with my iPhone and MacBook where I couldn’t restore my backup to my iPhone, so I lost all of my data! I spoke to countless Apple specialists and went to the Apple Genius Bar, and nobody knew how to help me. I had to start my phone anew with a backup from 2016, so basically I lost my entire life (no current contacts, photos, data). I was distraught about losing my photos, because they meant a lot to me and they held a lot of memories. I came to Bassam and he informed me that he’s more of a hardware guy, but he will help me. He sat down with me and we took a lot of steps that took hours, but we were able to access the backup and give me back my photos! Apple and Google both told me that it’s impossible to access a backup, but Bassam did it. We spent hours and multiple days on this issue, but he has helped every step of the way and would not give up. He closes his shop at 6 but he allowed me to stay until 7 because we were working so long on this. He used his own computer and hard drive to help me as well. He even purchased the materials that we needed. He didn’t charge me a lot as well, and I would happily pay more if needed! He was able to figure out this issue that Apple, Google, YouTube couldn’t figure out. I can not thank Bassam enough and I am so so so appreciative of everything he has done. I took 2 phones to get repaired. One had a damaged screen and the other had a bad charging port. Both the screen and the charging port had to be ordered and would take a few days to arrive. Bassam apologized that he couldn't fix them that same day (he's a very honest and very nice man). I advised him I understood since Covid-19 has really messed up the availability on EVERYTHING,

Unfortunately Bassam was unable to fix the phone with the bad charging port, but even though he orders a part for it and spent time attempting to fix it..... he didn't charge me for the attempt. The phone with the screen issue was repaired and is back in my hand as if nothing ever happened and at the fraction of the price I would have paid for a new phone.

I accidentally dropped my phone in water, and placed it initially in rice. The phone was back up and running until the following night where my screen went black. I took it to Fix Like a Pro and the gentlemen at the front was very thorough in educating me about the water causing damage to my screen and how I needed a screen replacement. He did an excellent job in providing me education on the differences between an original vs an aftermarket screen and he ensured prior to returning it to me the phone was working by checking proper placement of the SIM card and screen.
