Open packages everywhere. Why do the people visiting the store feel the need to open items even packaging that can't be reclosed after opening. The store employees need to do a better job of telling shoppers to stop opening packages. Ana B is the slowest cashier. It's like being in the sloth scene in Zootopia. ----------zzzzzzzz---------zzzzzzz This place needs to stop letting people come in with dogs that are not guide dogs. I've seen so many dogs barking at each other in this store and tonight a woman with a huge dog wasn't watching her own pet and the dog started licking and pawing at my pants. Just stop letting dogs in the store! Update: There is woman that works here that plays games with customers while adding new clothing to the racks. She hauls around a clothing rack with new items and as people start looking at the items she aggressively pulls the rack away. Either put everything out all at once or leave the rack there for people to help themselves. She wastes time tugging and dragging the rack around the store around 10 times to place three new items. What a joke and waste of time. She really needs to get a life or work somewhere else. Some of the Armenian women shopping here are so aggressive. They'll straight up start pulling at the clothes you are considering buying on the rack. No sense of person space or discretion. Was considering a dress in my hands and I had to quickly pull my size as a lady swooped in and started looking at the same item. She clearly didn't fit in any of the items I was looking at so she's probably stocking up for someone...

The reason this store got a three is for the customer service at the register#7 a blonde women, who is very rude. The screen popped up and said go to # 7. When I got there she said well your going to have to wait, I am helping the cashier girl next to her, told me I need to wait until they tell me what register to go to. I said it did that is why I am here. She said well your just going to have to wait until she is done helping the other girl. I never said anything to her, just came to the register that said was ready for me. There was another lady way before me she was rude to giving that woman a hard time. I think she needs more training, or move her off the register. She gossips about customers, with the other cashier's, all the other customers can here, instead of taking the next customer who is waiting. I would wait another turn just not to get her again, or go somewhere...

I was browsing there today and noticed that I was being followed by an older man, who was glaring at me menacingly. I was alone, and this frankly freaked me out considerably. I suppose that he perhaps worked there and thought that I was stealing, which is still the wrong way to approach the situation. In fact, I am an ex-cop and was ready to drop a considerable amount of money for clothing that I am in dire need for as I have lost a lot of weight. I hadn't been to a Marshall's in years and was so impressed with the excellent selection and prices... until I was treated like a criminal (best case) or was being stalked by a truly strange old man.
