I ordered through their app for delivery. I was sent a link by doordash saying that my order has been delivered. Went out of my apartment, nothing was there, no one was there. Went around to see if my cookies were just placed somewhere else, nothing. Checked my cameras, nobody came. Did not receive any phone call nor any texts from the driver. Called this branch since this was the store where I ordered the delivery from using the Crumbl App. I stated my concern and 2 of the ladies stated that once it's been given to the doordash, it's not their responsibility anymore. One of them even told me that I ask very contradicting questions when they are the ones giving me contradicting answers. My questions: Are u not responsible for your product to make sure the customer receives it? Their answer, yes. Next question, why did u tell me it's not ur responsibility anymore that I did not receive the order and it's Doordash's full responsibility once it's out your door? I know they used a 3rd party delivery service and it's not their fault that I did not receive it but IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure I receive it since I used the Crumbl App and not the Doordash App to order it. They left a customer hanging the moment they told me to call Doordash. They could've just answered, "I'm sorry this happened to you, we will follow up with Doordash and if you can also do so on your end." That's a good customer service answer. Do not argue your way with a frustrated customer because that will just make the customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe were here on Saturday to redeem a coupon for my daughter's birthday cookie & purchased another cookie. There was 1 person ahead of my daughter. She waited 20 minutes to place just to place her order then another 20 minutes to receive her order. In addition the employee who took her order also packed her order. The employee didn't put on new gloves after touching the digital cash resgister before packing her order.
Then on Monday night she placed an curbside pick up order for a gift box of 6 cookies. We arrived about 20 minutes later. There was a very long line of people spilling out into the parking lot when we arrived. She had to tell them what kind of vehicle we were in so they could bring the cookies out to our car. After waiting 20 minutes she got an alert that they were preparing her order & then 5 minutes later it said her order was ready. No one came to our car to give us the cookies. She had to go inside and she found her order just sitting on the counter with her name on it. We were extremely disappointed in the service. They appear to be very short staffed, need to hire new help and review their curbside pick up policy. Doubt we will be back...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have heard about this company for a long time now because so many people seem to have very strong opinions about it. I know many love it and I know many hate it. Personally I think itās weird to hate any dessert unless itās truly awful. I think Iāve had an awful desert maybe once in my entire life. That being said I was pleasantly surprised with these cookies. They are a bit expensive but this is a rare treat for me anyway.
I chose to get all 6 flavors, which are constantly changing. I would say my favorite was the cornflake and marshmallow, or the Fruity Pebble cereal cookie. I would love to try a salted caramel, but that flavor was not available this month. They are the half baked style so they break apart very easily and are not as crumbly as other types of cookies. Think the opposite of a traditional snickerdoodle and more along the lines of a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie. I honestly enjoyed the flavors and ate every single cookie I got so I plan to be back in a few months when the flavors are different. Parking for this location is in a strip mall so thereās plenty of...
