Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Glendale

I've always loved Nektar until now. I came in 15 mins before closing. They charged a women for a juice when their juicer was closed?. I guess because I was next in line, they had to take their frustrations out on my order. They slapped together a bowl for me and did it completely wrong and not how I had asked. I asked for a Acai peanut butter bowl with their green tea metabolism boost and extra banana slices and a scoop of peanut butter on top. They didn't blend my bowl correctly. So I'm left with chunks of strawberries and ice. Tasted flavorless and depressing. I didn't get my extra banana slices and she forgot the scoop of peanut butter. I had to ask for that which is why you see it in photo. I then wanted to know if she included my green tea metabolism that I requested. She proceeded to tell me that they haven't had that even tho I ordered it yesterday? I have also been ordering it through the uber app. Which charges $2 extra for it. So you're telling me, this whole week I've been charged $2 extra for each bowl? And never had it inside? She looked at me funny and asked the guy who looked new. And he was so sure we had it. Then told me they didn't. Which is frustrating. They need to fix their option through the app then. Because I've been paying $18 for a bowl that should have been $11 - $13... here is pictures of my bowl! She didn't put enough in it so it's super low and everything was just thrown in it. I'm used to their nice presentation. But this was just sad overall... I haven't eaten much this past week and their bowls are the only thing I could keep down. i was visiting Nekter today, 4-14-23 around 9:00am and came across a Karen who was yelling from the top of her lunges on those poor employees for no reason. it is very sad that Karen’s like her come to business and feel untitled of yelling and shouting in to employees faces in order to get things for free or demond apology just because she is having a bad day for what ever reason. In my opinion these type of people needs to be banded in each business because of their nasty attitudes and mouth. I saw this woman yelling and cussing at the other employee, name Brook and saying to her “i don’t give a flying Fuck”!! The is woman also walked out with 2 water bottles that she didn’t pay for! not only she a nasty adult woman, but she is a thief as well…… To the owners of Nekter on 67th and 101, i been going to this location for the past 3 year 5 to 6 days week and never ever had a bad experience with any of those young guys and girls. most importantly with Logon the manager who is not only her self a respectful manager, all other employees are the same as Logon! Eat here if you don't mind them dropping stuff on the floor, not changing gloves, and putting stuff from the floor in your bowl or drink! I left this place about 15min ago. I ordered an Acai Bowl and heard a commotion and laughter. I walked to look past the counter and saw someone had dropped what looked like a lot of fruit on the ground. The guy making my bowl bent over and picked something up from the floor and put it in my bowl and continued making it!!! I was horrified!!! Another guy came over and I told him what happened. He grabbed the bowl from the guy making it and told him to go in the back and that I saw what he did! This guy got angry, threw his hands in the air, and turned to give me a dirty look and walked away. A girl came over and I told her what happened. She offered to refund my money and personally remake it. She was super nice at least, but the guy who did this came from around the corner to stock the small cooler and continued to give me dirty looks. Really? This group needs more training and supervision. What a horrible thing to do...
