Walking in signs on the door read. â only accepting exact change and cardsâ. Ok,so they are taking cash from people, but donât have change to give back to people. Kind of concerning, but Iâm paying with card so all good. Another sign reads something a long the lines of â unfortunately we are not selling any flour tortilla productsâ. Well that sucks. Wanted a burrito but it is what it is i guess. WRONG!! They were doing tortilla products for online orders. just not for customers in the store. Because their tortilla warming press at the in store counter wasnât working. Thatâs cool and everything, just let me know that I need to place an online order if I want that. Donât say you are not selling any tortillas. Give me the option to get the meal I wanted if you have the products. As Iâm waiting for the toppings girl to be ready to top my bowl, I see the online/ pickup order guy making burritos. I ask, why does the sign say you are not serving tortillas when clearly he is making burritos. They inform me that their warmer is broken and they are basically to lazy to go to that other machine to warm up the tortilla. They say â you would understand if you worked hereâ. What I understand is bad business and 0 problem solving skills. Maybe idk, have someone just running back and forth warming up tortillas for your in store guests. Not cutting out the best selling item from the menu because you are lazy and donât want to go 25 feet. Anyways, get up to pay and I ask for a side tortilla. Girl was clearly annoyed and walks up to tell the the online counter(where a manager and a young gentleman were working) and both of them get a look on their face like I just asked them to make a product that will take them hours. They were clearly mad that they were asked to do such a thing. I mean why wouldnât you be upset when someone asks for a tortilla at chipotle that takes 10 seconds of their time.    Read moreThis is the Chipotle location we usually go to and Iâm not sure why but today the service and cleanliness was dramatically different (bad) than any other time. This location is usually very clean and does a great job. Today each station was messy beyond reason. The plastic bag from the tortillas was hovering in the top layer of the white rice. Our vegetarian bowls had half a scoop of rice and beans instead of a full. When I asked for a little more since there wonât be any meat, the guy audibly sighed and did it with hesitation. Then when the woman who was serving all of the additional toppings spilled a full scoop of hot sauce into the sour cream, she tried to scoop it out with a spoon and realized it wasnât working so she left it as is! When i asked for sour cream she proceeded to scoop it with all of the hot sauce swirling in it and I had to stop her and request an uncontaminated batch. She was irritated and did it and went to close both bowls when I had to stop her and say âoh sorry those arenât done yetâ and she snapped and said âwhat else could you want?â And I kindly responded âguac, sour cream, cheese and lettuce.â I donât know if this was an off day or what but this was not the Chipotle service from this location I have known for the past 5 years.    Read moreEvery time I go in there they short me they pretend like they have revenue sharing I get a very specific order a three-pointer which is steak and shredded cheese but they don't even give me a full spoon of steak there's like 9 squares I counted on there and now they've done it three times in a row today I decided to speak up and the girl with the white wrap around her head stonewalled me when I asked for slightly a little more because it was not a full spoon I will never go to this location again the service is always bad number one at number two I'm tired of being ripped off I see people walk out of there paying the same amount and the burrito is 10 times larger than mine and are paying the same amount I looked the cashier dead in the eye and ask them if they have revenue sharing due to the size of my burrito and she knew but she couldn't say anything to go against the thing with the white towel wrapped around her head.
