I originally discovered Desire Jewelry because I was looking for a local jeweler to resize a diamond and platinum ring and rhodium plate another white gold and diamond wedding band I have. I searched locally and remembered seeing Desire Jewelry when walking through the village in Glendora.

My husband and I were greeted by Monir and Jenny who are the husband and wife creative team and owners of Desire Jewelry. I found them both to be extremely friendly and trustworthy so I dropped off both rings and was delighted to hear that they would be completed the same day. We went back that evening to find a live band playing outside and light hors d'oeuvres and wine being offered inside their store. We had a wonderful time getting to know Monir and Jenny and I discussed my desire to have a custom wedding ring and bands made for our upcoming 20 year wedding anniversary. Within a week, they had diamond samples for me to see that were perfect for the 2 carat diamond ring I had envisioned. We sat down with them for several hours trying on different rings to see what I liked and Jenny took notes so that she could created computerized 3D renderings of my vision. In what was a very short span of time, we found ourselves sitting down with Monir and Jenny again to view the beautiful designs they came up with. They created a new 2 carat cushion cut diamond with platinum setting for me with pave halo and 2 diamond wedding bands for me to wear on either side of the main diamond...representing the past, present and future. It has been a few months since I received my new beautiful rings and everyday I admire them and their craftsmanship. I know that not a single other person has this unique set of rings that they made for me.

Since completing my rings, I have enjoyed complimentary ring inspections and cleanings whenever I stop in. Just recently, my husband needed a new watch battery for a watch and the back of the case required a very tiny Allen wrench to open the back instead of the standard small screws. No one sells and Allen wrench this tiny so do you know what Monir did? He made customized an Allen wrench to be able to open the case back of my husband's watch so he could get a new battery. Not too many people take the genuine time or effort to do this. Monir and Jenny are so kind, talented and trustworthy. PERFECTION! Desire exceeded all of my expectations from the quality of the jewelry, custom craftsmenship, quick turnaround, and most of all the customer service by the owners (Monir and Jennifer). When you walk into Desire you don’t feel like just a customer, you feel like family. For Christmas I wanted to give my girlfriend a promise/commitment ring, but didn’t just want to buy from a big box store where multiple people could buy the same thing, for this special milestone in our relationship I wanted something unique, something nobody else had. Monir and Jennifer helped me view lots of different rings, narrow it down to just a few, and then take the one we selected (18K White Gold with Diamonds and Sapphire) and added various customizations to the band to make it like no other ring out there. The final outcome was absolutely perfect! My girlfriend was so surprised and loved every aspect of it. I was in search for same day rings resizing needed asap for my upcoming destination wedding. I found Desire Jewelry close to my work and since the reviews were great I decided to get both my resizing there. I called a couple of days before to see if they have same day resizing and walk-ins. Jennifer said they did and give me an estimate. I walked in a couple of days later and Jennifer was welcoming and assisted me with the sizing. I went for half a size up due to pandemic pause on the wedding, my ring was snug on my finger. I thought it might take the end of the day to pick up but I was surprised to get a call after 2 hrs that my ring was ready for pick up. When I picked up rings, both the owner were welcoming and friendly. It was nice that they did a little extra on my rings and now they fit nicely.
