The street lighting in Old Town Glendora was delightful. There was a twinkle in the sky and a crisp, comfortable, cool breeze. We could hear people enjoying themselves on both sides of the street. It was our first time at Luca Bella Fine Foods, which is located near the North end on the east side. Following the hostess's recommendation, we chose to sit outside, which was great. They set up a heater, which was nice. Luca Bella has a massive open patio out front. The volume was perfect, and we had lots and lots of great conversation while nibbling on rolls with butter and sipping Justin Cabernet. We split the Rigatoni 'Sunday Gravy,' a Bolognese with Italian sausage, short rib, and Ricotta cheese. The macaroni was cooked al dente, just like I like it. ($28.00; I'm not sure if they added a split fee, but the portions were satisfying.) We ended our meal with a brown butter cake with vanilla ice cream and strawberries. We will definitely be back. PS It's much easier to park on the street behind Old Town in either the lots or on the street than to find parking in front of the restaurants on the main drag.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Glendora. We came here for my birthday with friends from the office. They set our table up in the back so we had the space all to ourselves. The food here is so good! I had the pear walnut salad with salmon which is what I usually get along with the lentil soup and the Parmesan fries. Everything was outstanding. For my birthday they brought out tiramisu which was really moist and flavorful. They didn’t put a candle in it though. The only thing wrong with the experience was that a lot of the chairs were so worn and cracked. It’s really unpleasant to sit on especially when wearing a skirt or dress. And it wasn’t just one chair, there were about 5 or 6 at our table that were cracked and defective. When you’re paying this much money to dine out you would hope the chairs were in good condition. Other than that everything else was outstanding. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because some of the chairs were so bad.

NOT A TYPICAL ITALIAN MENU: Charming restaurant in downtown Glendora. There is seating outside as well as inside. The restaurant's floor plan is very open, so it was quite noisy. I was a little disappointed in the menu, as the options seemed quite limited. I was a little worried about the service after reading other reviews, but we didn't experience any problems at all (and the restaurant was very busy). I ordered a bowl of lentil soup, and a side of bread. My husband ordered a salad and half sandwich. All of the food was very tasty. Our server was Brianna, and she provided excellent customer service. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 Star Review is because the food choices just don't seem Italian ( Lasagne, Spaghetti, etc.) that one would expect from an Italian Restaurant.

My husband works out of our home in Glendora with his team. At least two to three times a week all four of them go for lunch in downtown Glendora. Sometimes I join them. Everyone's favorite is Luca Bella. It has such a great menu for lunch. The Burrata "BLT" is perfection. As is the Tomato bisque. The guy's favorite seems to be the Fire Roasted Jalapeno Chicken Sandwich. They rave about it. (and don't forget the parmesan fries!) Steak salad is also fire! A few months ago we realized that they also have an amazing weekend breakfast menu. Probably the best in town. Sit outside and enjoy a Mimosa flight. Yum💕 Just last night my husband and I were out walking enjoying the beautiful spring weather and decided to walk into town for dinner and we chose Luca Bella. It was my first time eating there in the evening and I thoroughly enjoyed my sea bass and asparagus risotto. My husband asked for his pasta dish to be extra spicy and they complied. He was a very happy man! I'm going to end this very long review with a comment on the service. Not one time in all the times we have been there, have we ever had less than stellar service!!! Super friendly, helpful, professional. I don't care how good the food is at a place if the service is not just as good, that's what you remember. Not the food... the cranky staff. That is not the case at Luca Bella. They...
