Good evening Google Family. This is my first time visiting this establishment. I googled wholesale distributors and this business came up. I liked the fact that it is close to Aldi's where I purchase all of my produce. I spoke on the phone with Kim, employee, on Thursday to ask questions about their services. Kim was thorough and detailed and specific and explained everything to me carefully. I told Kim that I would be in on Friday, January 31st and there I was. I met Kim in person. She knew what I was looking for. It was great to be there in person to see what I needed and wanted. Gil's has a great supply of items. I was pleased to see that they had plastic cups with lids, 12oz, 16 oz and so on. I am interested in cups, lids and straws for my smoothie business, Back on Track. Kim, along with another gentleman, gave me the numbers on the computer. I wanted a print out, or an email but Kim obliged and took a picture for me on my phone. I was happy so now I could see for myself the breakdown. I called back today to speak with Kim since I was pleasantly surprised about the cost. I called before 5 pm, since they close at 5 pm and open every day Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. I loved the location of Gil's on Oak Lane, right off of Macdade Boulevard. I am looking forward to doing continued business with Gil's. I will be picking up my order on Monday, February 3rd. I will give Google an update then. Good night Google Family. Hello again Google Family. I picked up my order today on Monday, February 3rd, 2025. Dan was the kind employee who was waiting for me to place everything in my car for me. He was so nice. Also he informed me that the owner's name is Bruce. It is his father's business and the father's name was Gil. Also, Kim was there and she was kind enough to check me out with my order. It was $224.05 and I had exact change. She was happy and I was happy because I received my order correctly. Yes everything was in order when I reached home because I checked everything. This will be my last post about your company. The only reason I’ve been looking still is because I knew you were going to lie to make yourself look good. You’re not sorry for the misunderstanding- you flat out lied. My wife called Monday afternoon around 3pm and you said yes I can bring the cones back tomorrow for an Exchange. I called Tuesday morning around 9am so that your team could prepare for my arrival. Your first response was that you sold out of all the cones that I wanted. So I asked for a return because my customers don’t like these cones. That’s when you said I took a return before for $1,500 from Mr. Softee. I proceeded to telll you that I am my own business and do not associate with softee, you then proceeded with my cones were infested calling my business location dirty when you know nothing about the location of my business. Secondly, all of these cones were still wrapped in the cellophane your employee wrapped them in to place them in my truck and held ambient (the suggestion per the box) therefore perishable food safety standards should not apply. As for the “2 Week relapse,” there was a 10 day relapse. There were several slow days in addition to us keep back stock, as do most companies.
