Walgreens — Local services in Darby Township

This pharmacy is a MAJOR liability! They overdosed my husband on his controlled narcotic medication! They gave my husband a 12mg controlled prescription when his dose was 8mg! That is double the amount he normally gets and could have been killed. It wasn’t until half way through his script he noticed that he was given half 8mg and half 12mg of this narcotic. The pharmacists are very young inexperienced people who are extremely rude and have no idea what they are doing. They probably get hired here because it is the only place who will hire such incompetent people. They will not allow you to pay cash using good rx on prescriptions due to “pre authorizations” with your insurance company. That isn’t legal! If you have a lifesaving medication that costs a fortune, you should be able to use good rx on that medication if the preauth is taking to long and you are without your medication during that time. They input prescription dates wrong into their computer systems, and literally make up whatever they feel like making up just so they don’t have to do their jobs. I placed an order on Sunday July 3rd for a sale that they were having on detergent. Online there was no limit. I received a message my order was ready when I got there my order was short. I asked the cashier Mark where was the rest of my order. He was rude and nasty and stated he didn't have enough to fill my order. I pointed to where the detergent was and there was more than enough. I asked for a manager and the manager Lawrence was rude and nasty too and stated there was a limit of 4. There was no signs stating that in the store nor any limits on-line. I normally always go to CVS, but I came across a walgreen circular and decided to grab a couple sale items. I got there and almost nothing was marked down to match the circular so it was impossible to even know what was on sale and what wasn't which items would give points back some of the things items rang up differently and the cashier was upset and annoyed because I wanted to know how much the items were or supposed to be and how come everything rang up differently I'm not sure who dropped the ball at this location but CVS literally across the street always has the sale items labeled correctly and the points...
