Forman Mills — Local services in Darby Township

This is the worst forman mills in the area let me explain, I bought 2 eagles hoodies for family members that was supposed to come in town for the eagles parade but couldn’t make it due to flight being delayed, went back the day after the parade and the manager refused to accept the return even though it was new with tags and receipt (No stains or dirty, still in pristine condition ) , claiming that their employees told everyone that the eagles product was non refundable. But also the manager corrected her self stated that they actually was telling customers about the no refund the day after I purchased the hoodie and not at the time I purchased the hoodie. Manager and employee was rude saying that I used the hoodies and has dog hair in it and told me that I should’ve never left the hoodies in the car and got it dirty , which is false because it was literally brand new and clean I also don’t have a dog and my car is really really clean. Giving any reason to not give me my refund is just crazy. But I drove to west Philly Forman mills location and they gave me a refund with no questions asked after I got my money back I told the west Philly location what happened ,they laughed and said the hoodie I returned was clean and brand new with tags and they was wrong and had no reason to deny my return. The checkout process is horrible. I went to pay for merchandise and noticed people were cutting ahead towards the front of the store and cashiers and manager allowing it. After seeing a few people cutting in front and paying for their merchandise before me, I waited until The could finally have my turn. When I got to the check out counter I mentioned it to the cashier named The and she clearly brushed it off by telling me I should have done the same. I was perplexed by her response because I felt like a "I am so sorry that happened would have been the appropriate thing to say", to make me feel better about the situation at hand. When I asked to speak to the manager Rhe proceeded to laugh in my face and laughed the whole time the manager was speaking with me engaging other staff in the matter who happily glanced me over with nasty looks.The manager never apologized for the inconvenience but proceeded to tell me that they were hot and tired and that they were being cursed out by customers all day. I checked out at 2:21 p.m and that Rhe did not have to work on Saturday but came to work. A simple acknowledgement and apology probably could have been the resolve but the two workers that I encountered did not demonstrate any customer service qualities...

Security was disrespectful. I went to dollar general before going to this store. As I shop around found nothing I was looking for winter hats and gloves they had none. Looking for winter coats none so I did get a few items from there spent 40 something dollars. As I was leaving the alarm went off. The cashier forgot to take off the black security button off the jacket. Went back through the security door it went off again so it wasn't the formanmills bag I had. It was from my dollar general back that cashier didn't take off the plastic metal sticker off my item. So the security guard was getting smart with me. So I got smart right back with him and I had to let him know this is not the only store I went to I wa like do u need to see the receipt from dollar general.
