Taco Bell — Restaurant in Glenolden

My boyfriend is vegetarian so he gets the veggie options or replaces meat with black beans on menu items. When he bit into his burrito he noticed he was chewing chicken so he spit it out and we went back. When he tried explaining over the intercom, the man was rude and said “what?” as if my boyfriend wasn’t clear and had an unpleasant tone when he told him to drive up to the window. The lady at the window asked for the burrito and said where’s the meat? And my boyfriend explained that he already spit out the part he chewed. So then she said they’d make a new one. The man from the intercom opened the window, still rude, didn’t acknowledge or say anything to my boyfriend and just handed him the bag, my boyfriend said thank you and he still didn’t acknowledge him closed the window, clearly annoyed by us coming back. We went home and my boyfriend was able to eat most of the burrito before finding that there was still a piece of meat. Typically I don’t leave reviews like this, but I really didn’t appreciate the man’s attitude and the questioning of where the meat was. So I included a picture of the replacement we got that still had a piece of meat. This was very disappointing because we really like this location as it’s usually made really well and we have had good experiences with the crew...

July 2021 9pm: Unfortunately, this time, they really messed up. It was a busy day service but there was just no order in the kitchen. We chose from veggie menu and everything we got had chicken or beef in it. They also prioritized Doordash orders before drive-thru mobile orders. We waited 30 mins in the store. It totally ruined our dinner since every item was made wrong. A young kid was running around the store making managerial decisions and scrambling to make food at the same time. I wish they have better management or better trained managers.

2020: Definitely the best taco bell in our neighborhood. There is one closer, but after visiting this location, I'll never go back to the one on Baltimore. Great customer service and the tacos feel fresher. Very hard to find that in a...

It's Taco Bell... so expectations aren't sky high.

But on the few occasions I use this location, it reminds me each time why I avoid them.

My order is consistently wrong, or I'm missing items. Typical order is a quesadilla combo, quesaritio, and whatever is the current specialty burrito. Pretty simple I'd like to think. I try to order thru the app since their board is never up to date and more options are available.

Tonight, somehow the order that was prepared and served to me - with my order on the sticker - was nacho fries, a ball, that I believe was supposed to be my quesaritio and an uncut chicken quesadilla.

Again, not asking for top flight service or quality, I just want what I ordered. At this point I'll make the smart decision from now on and just not order from here...
