Definitely the best taco truck in Colorado. One of the best taco restaurants in Colorado period, and in the running for best nation wide. If they served alcohol I'd be hard pressed to find a reason not to say they are the best taco spot in the US. If you decide to eat-in, the views are great, although it is by the interstate. I've had street tacos in several states, including Ensenada and Rosarito, Mexico, and I've eaten literally hundreds of tacos in California. These were some of the best I've ever had. The fish was perfectly crispy with fresh lettuce and chipotle mayo. The chorizo had spicy flavor with just the right amount of crispy. Tortillas were warmed with a little crisp. All served with several salsas, sliced lime, cucumber slices, and grilled jalapeno. Had I known how good they are I would have ordered more, but I saw the menu advertising churros and ice cream! After the spice from the jalapeno and tacos, the soft-serve vanilla ice cream, drizzled with a little caramel, served on top of perfectly crispy yet chewy fried churros with caramel filling, really hit the spot. I spent $15.50 for 2 tacos, horchata, and churros with ice cream. And I left a couple bucks in the tip jar. I had to use the ATM down the street at the convenience store because they're cash only. There's a delivery van parked there too. From now on, every time I pass, I will stop here.

There's no chance I'm missing out on a taco truck, regardless of my travel plans. Luckily I found these guys while casually browsing google maps, and I just had to drop everything (including my wife at the hotel) to check them out. Comfortable outdoor seating with a roof to help beat some of the heat. I had 4 tacos (2 chicken and Chorizo) and they were so SO good. Chicken was properly flavored, chorizo was perfectly crunchy, and their salsas served in a separate tray (?) was something I've not seen before, but a very welcome addition. I'm sad I can't experience them more due to a short stay here, but anyone who loves tacos should absolutely eat here 10/10

Cash-only tacos, tortas, and ice cream. Very flavorful and fresh-tasting. The service was friendly and quick—10-minute turnaround time, made-to-order. All of the tacos are $3 right now, 8/16/2023. We ordered a variety of tacos: chicken, mix (beef/chicken), chorizo, fish, pineapple/pork, and barbecue (express). The chorizo and fish tacos were extra good. The salsas are exceptional and unique—definitely ask for extra on the side if you're taking it to go. The soft-serve ice cream is good—just vanilla, but you can get chocolate syrup on top. Highly recommend for a tasty, fast, and affordable meal in the area.

IMPORTANT FRIENDLY REMINDER This place is CASH ONLY. So just try to remember this because having to leave to go find an atm after getting there and smelling everything cooking, especially when you are hungry, is anything but ideal. (Yuuuup! Another 1st-World-country problem for sure!) The tacos are always delicious and the service is always friendly. In the restaurant industry, being consistant is good. But being consistantly good--- well, that's (yes, pun totally intended!) a recipe for success!! My fav: Carne asada tacos. Green sauce. Red sauce and then there is a 3rd sauce that I guess kind of looks like orange-ish?? They are all tasty but the orange-ish colored one is amazing! And noticeably spicier than the red and green. But the flavor profile goes much deeper than most "hot"or" spicy " labeled sauces. It's best described as, ""Whew! YUM!" Update: what happened to the orange-ish sauce? Maybe it's a special request item now? I didn't ask but will next time. But they are still cash only and they still take the time to come out of the food truck to bring your order to...

Worst mexican food I've ever had. Got 2 chicken tacos, 2 pork tacos, a carne asada burrito, and some beans for me and my wife for $27. Tacos were ok but the meat was very tough. The burrito was awful could probably be compared to expensive dog food with pico on it. The beans were definitely canned beans and were served to us COLD. They said they don't serve rice. NOT AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD AND NOT GOOD AT ALL! I'm Mexican American and grew up eating authentic Mexican food and was raised in Southern California were I thought I've had bad mexican food before but nothing compared to this place! Also took them about 25 minutes to get our food. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Literally you can get better canned food at the store. I can't understand how this place has any good reviews because the people weren't even that nice, they had a just order your food and get out of here kind of attitude, not mean or anything but far from...
