I had ordered a lot of parts from these guys for both my Subaru and my van. When I ordered them, it was in the evening, about an hour before they were going to close, so the employee had had a long day and was super tired,and regardless of the lack of focus she had being tired and late in the day, she got through and finalize the order with pricing and availability of parts being in stock, on all the parts. she didn't make one mistake, followed through and got all the parts order. When I returned to pick up the parts, Carlina was the available employee to help me, informed me that all the parts were there, except for some gasket, witch we're forgotten on the shipping end of things. Carlina, set up a plan for me to get the part the next day and at a drop off point closer to a location up Valley where I was located. Carlina on her own time, picked up the gaskets that next morning from where she lived brought them to Glenwood, store location and arrange for the parts delivery guy to deliver him them in Carbondale where I met him. As well as helping me out with a special 2 and 9/16 in lock nut socket that Napa could not help me out with, Napa had a $70 part they said would fit but it didn't so from that lesson, where I spent 70 bucks on a tool, ran it down to see if it fit and ran it back to get my money back from Napa for the part that I didn't even need. because of that situation and being in Glenwood the store location for O'Reilly and so far up Valley where I was located Carlina decided to locate a store where the nut and the socket were available in stock as they didn't have the lock nut size in stock in the Glenwood location and then call that store had an employee physically take the nut and stick it in the socket to see if it would fit, it did so I bought the socket which was not $70 as well it was like 15 bucks ran it up Valley it fit and got the job done and the next day I met the gentleman who delivered my gaskets to Carbondale in a very timely fashion he was super happy and glad to see me. These days it's tough to find good customer service as well as parts and tools that work well on older model vehicles I think these guys went way out of the way but I really appreciate it they save me a lot of time and frustration, I hope this puts a smile on your face and brightens your day as your days are long and I know you guys get tired, and I hope that's what's worth it to you I think you shy is two great jobs and keep up the good work. and I'll be seeing you soon for everybody conical part that I need for any of my vehicles in the future, I just wish you had a location closer to Valley instead of Napa, however because you're in Glenwood and you can make things work out how stick with you guys and I'm pretty sure your parts and tools are cheaper. Derrick and Danny are the best. I broke down in the canyon, my pick-up and camper were dropped in the lot and I was going to have Big O Tire fix it the next day. After the Valley Tow bill which was reasonable for the danger Victor and Victor Jr had to deal with. We all almost died a few times getting my rig off the i70... People are evil out there and do not move over AND slow down! I digress. Thinking about the bill that was going to hit me the next day started to work over time in my head. So I started to look and my issue and walked over to O'REILLYS to see if they had what I needed. Dakota and Brie were amazing. They went above and beyond to help me get my car back up and running. After Ford was not able to help me out, Dakota spent some time really making sure I would get back on the road. He even volunteered to tow my car over to Ford if I needed it, but luckily that wasn't necessary since he was able to make it start again.
