I also went to this store like Jay Carr in the reviews. I was offered to be switched to T mobil and I would get any phone for free for switching. It felt like a scam but I said "nah...this is a metro store". They asked me for all my personal information which I gave. I never recieved any phones...somehow my name is being used for 6 or 7 Tmobile phones that I never recieved. Got a call from thier collection agency saying I owe them over $1000 dollars. Unbelievably things get even worse...I call the mobile number to get this amount removed as I dont have a Tmobile account...they tell me I must go to a Tmobile store to have it removed. I go to the Tmobile store...they scan my license then tell me I have to call the 833 number. Call the 833 number they say you have to go to the Tmobile store. Go to the store they say you have to call the number. Call the original metro store...they say we can only sign you up. Why are there 7 phones under my name...where is the contract between me and tmobile...never gave me any phones but charging $1000. Lovely...I'll save this for the class action lawsuit. Anyone else...

Read moreI went into the store to use my Sim card back on my old phone because my new phone has a virus. Something just didn't seem right when the Indian worker took the Sim card and put it in my old phone, then took a new sim card and put it into my original phone. When what made it look suspicious is the he had a personal notebook laptop connected to the store computer. I asked him why are you asking for my info again and put it in the notebook laptop? I asked him if he could explain what he was doing. He told me to trust him and that he didn't have to tell the customer what he was doing. He was actually transferring info with people pin number onto his notebook laptop. Today is Saturday, May 3 2025. I wascat the Metro in Clementon, nj on College drive. Bad customer service.
