I had my brand new phone stolen on Black Friday at lucky brand store, Gloucester premium outlets. The thiefs have sent multiple emails since then, phishing for my apple password. Turns out, this store has no cameras to protect its employees, customers, or inventory. Maybe it was an employee that stole my phone or maybe a customer (I set it down briefly, and within an instant it was gone). The store was not even that busy. I will not walk in this store again until they install cameras. It's unheard of today that a high-end store not have cameras. Even my local no-name convenience store had multiple cameras throughout. Yeah I'm feeling a little "burnt" about my $700 phone but (more importantly) with everything happening in the world today,it boggles my mind that a store has no concern for the safety of their employees/customers.
