Honesty is the best policy. I have been a customer at Sage for over a year. I love the arrangements that I see in the store and like the selection of cards and gifts. I never purchased an arrangement. This past week, my nephew died and my girlfriends all pitched in to buy a lovely arrangement. I received it last Saturday and on Monday, the peach colored roses were already beginning to curl and die. I changed the water hoping it would help. By Tuesday, the roses were dead and the zinnias were flopping over. I called and spoke with Alex on Wednesday. I explained that I was a customer, and love her shop, however, I was very disappointed given the flowers only lasted a couple of days. Her response was, "I'm sorry that happened. Did you cut the stems each day and refresh the water daily?" Now, how many people that receive an arrangement, takes the flowers out each day, rearranges them, cuts the stems, and changes the water daily?" I don't want to ruin the design. I will always change the water. Alex was less then empathetic. Her continued response was "I appreciate the feedback." She could have handled this in many ways. Perhaps suggest I bring the arrangement in and she swap out the roses; offer to redo the arrangement; and or offer a me a future discount or apologize with empathy. She proceeded to tell me that the gift cards say how to care for the arrangements which, the card I got had no such message and my friend who made the purchase never saw a card that explained how to care for flowers. It's too bad. They have creativity but their customer service is horrendous. I will not shop...
Read moreI called Sage Florist at the recommendation of a friend to send condolence flowers to a friend who lost her husband. The cost of the flowers was $85. I received a very disappointing photo from our friend and contacted the florist to say that the arrangement was not only sparse (perhaps eight stems) but the flowers chosen seemed inappropriate for the occasion and lacked any creativity. The voicemail I received from the florist was basically - “ you get what you paid for”. Really $85 calls for a pathetic arrangement that looked like someone had grabbed a few flowers and thrown into a little vase?
I though dealing with a local florist would offer better results than going to a traditional florist delivery chain. I would have been better going to a local grocery store and doing my own arrangement for half the cost and with so much better results.
I know the reviews are very good for this florist so I am not sure what happened here but I got no support when I expressed my concerns. But I felt you should know that for me, it was not a good experience and I regret calling them.
Best, Penny...
Read moreWe had the absolute pleasure of working with Gina from Sage Floral Studio for our wedding, and she went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. From the moment we met with Gina, she took the time to understand our ideas and explained everything clearly, which made the entire process so easy and enjoyable.
The flowers on the day were beyond perfect. Gina's attention to detail and ability to capture the exact aesthetic we were hoping for was truly remarkable. She even communicated directly with our bakery to ensure the flowers in my bouquets perfectly connected with the floral designs on our cake. This extra step added such a beautiful touch and truly brought the entire look together.
Additionally, everyone else I spoke with at Sage Floral Studio was incredibly helpful and kind. The entire team made the process seamless, and it was clear that customer satisfaction was a priority.
I highly recommend Sage Floral Studio, and especially Gina, for anyone looking for exceptional service and stunning floral designs. Thank you, Gina, for making our day even more...
