We will NEVER set foot in this store again! Girlfriend bought herself a birthday gift, a very nice dress. When we got home, she realized the dress wasn’t what it appeared to be in the store. We returned the next day and she was told she could return it only for store credit. This was NEVER explained to her when she purchased it. I’m a local Colorado resident and property owner for fifty years and not a tourist shopping on Washington Street. It is her birthday today and she reluctantly walked out with store credit. You have no idea how disappointed we are in what occurred and caveat emptor, BUYER BEWARE! Btw, she’s a hard working Cardiac RN who works unbelievably hard for her income. This store should be ashamed at themselves, especially towards very long time...

Very rude customer service. I love supporting small business but buyer beware; if you purchase something here they will refuse to honor their exchange policy within 10 days if the item is on sale. No where on the receipt does it indicate this. In addition, the two women working seemed much more interested in talking to each other about personal matters than actually helping people in the store. I watched several people just being ignored. My daughter and I were planning to bring several girls here in June prior to a western wear bachelorette party that we are hosting in Golden. I am happy that this happened now so that we can find a place that is...

Not a great on line shopping choice...I used to go into the store weekly when I lived there...great boots, hats, jewelry and clothing ..now that I live a few states away I was really looking forward to keeping the connection online to find some cute unique pieces...however, your online shopping choices really could use a little help...you don't post half the stuff you can get and I guarantee if you posted more I probably would be more inclined to buy it...a little disappointed in that....otherwise,...
