This is a review of the facial cleanser and customer service. I originally purchased it at King Soopers. I liked the actual product, but the dispenser leaked all over my counter. It was a mess. I probably lost half or more of the product no matter what I tried. I finally contacted the company through their website. I received an immediate response that they were aware of the problems with one of the bottles they’d used. And they sent me a replacement with the good bottle. It’s much better. No leaks! I get to enjoy the actual product. It’s got an unusual scent that I like. And I like that it’s natural. So if you had one of those defective bottles but liked the product, try it again. I really hope they get back into King Soopers. I didn’t see the display last time...

I use their products personally but I can't wait to begin using them in the studio! Kelly did an amazing job with this company. Every time I get a new product whether it be lotion, soap, a candle (that becomes lotion), even gifts for men, I get excited. While I like the fact that their products smell amazing and are all natural, I found that the facial soap makes me break out. I had also purchased some of their sugar scrub for a gift basket only to find out that the person that received it didn't care for it. I was disappointed especially after paying what I did!
