Had a bad experience with their RSQ jeans promo of buy one, get 50% off. They did not have another pair of the same size the day I originally purchased. I came in today, a few days later, to day to just get a different size in order to take advantage of the promotion.

Simply put, the customer service was absolutely horrible at the register. Turned a positive experience into a bad one. Suggest putting some time into training the sales associates at the register to process sales prior to chatting amongst themselves and treating the customers as an inconvenience.
