1 Star — Avoid at all costs
If you enjoy paying full price for half a smoothie, Blenders in the Grass is the place for you.
This location has turned “fast service” into fast dumping customers out the door. I was handed a cup that was barely three-quarters full, with a consistency so chunky it could pass for a failed acai bowl. It was clear they didn’t finish blending it — not because they were rushed, but because they simply didn’t care.
The staff? Completely checked out. No acknowledgment, no attempt at quality control, and certainly no accountability. You can practically feel the “get in, get out, we don’t care” energy the second you walk in. It’s almost impressive how a place that specializes in blending things can’t manage to blend anything — not ingredients, not customer service, not even basic competence.

Read moreThis review is ONLY for their Camino Real Marketplace location... They NEVER answer the phone They never "well-blend" any order w/ that request Sometimes I think they didn't even use the correct ingredients. I'm pretty sure I've been ordering the Tropical Guava since I was like, 10 years old and it always tastes a little bit different every time I order from this location. The other night I wanted to order the peanut butter add chocolate but was told they couldn't make that one because they "already put the pb away" .....................................................................................so I ordered chocolate w/ just a little bit of banana. But what I got was a chunky, lumpy banana smoothie. YUCK. 🤮 Seriously it was so gross. TRAIN THESE KIDS BETTER BC YOU'RE BETTER THAN THIS BLENDERS IN THE GRASS!! I've been going here since I was a kid in elementary school. I'm now in my 30s with my own daughter who loves to get little sips from our drinks! (She's 15 mos old so not quite ready for...
Read moreI did an online order, like normal, arrived to pick it up and after I gave my name they repeated back the wrong name (male name that starts with the same two letters as mine) and I corrected them with my name again. They then asked me for my receipt so I went back to the car and got my phone and showed them. They said it was "super weird" because a guy had picked it up about 5 minutes ago. Then they asked me if I still wanted the drink (that I had already paid for)? I get that mistakes happen but asking if I still wanted my order after having shown my paid receipt AFTER they gave it to the wrong person was...
