Was sold on doing business with them after speaking to James. Robert/roberto at this store was completly oblivious to customer service and almost caused me to walk out. Was never late for 8+ months. The moment I went past due, the account managers hounded me and my references with calls several times a day and told me to come into the office to rewrite the account which was a lie. I got in there and was told to either pay what was due or they can follow me home to get the product. Had to file bankruptcy due to wage garnishment and was given explicit instructions from my attorney that I passed on to the team at aarons. The account manager Jerry there took it upon himself to mock and insult me just before hanging up on me. That was completely unprofessional! Read moreI previously worked with a different Aaron’s store and had a good experience. The couch I wanted was not at that store so had to come to this one. Couch was delivered 12/08/21, when it was delivered it had a sizable hole. The delivery guy reported to the store and supposedly the couch would be re-ordered…that never happened. Talked to manager Linda today (1/22/22) who said she could not re-order (after I was told earlier in the morning that it had been and was also damaged do not delivered) but would take off $100 from a brand new damaged couch. This furniture isn't cheap! Mind you Im holding up my end and paying on time for a very expensive damaged couch and there was never intentions of anything being ordered…now the couch is “discontinued” according to manager. Read moreTerrible!!! These guys at AARONS ON DYSART have VERY bad customer service. Someone needs to report this to Corp. JAMES at AARONS is the ACCOUNT manager and does a terrible JOB. He is very aggressive towards women and racist. Due to unpaid medical leave at work from maternity, I was in a bit of a rut. Who doesn't get in a rut sometimes but AARONS refuses to work with their customers. Even went as far as my phone being disconnected so they came to my door bullying me. Screaming at me that they'll call the cops if I can't pay. James insulted me over the phone and hung up on me! His Managers excuse was that his job is very stressful. I DO NOT recommend AARONS to anyone!!! Especially the one on DYSART until they hire new staff and change their policies. They think they can BULLY people into paying but sometimes...
