Manager and employee just discriminated against my son and embarrassed me. As we were in line a white lady and a white boy was in front of me getting free donuts because he had A's. Happened to be that we were there for the same thing. The boy said I have 8 A's and she said the max you can get is 6. So he picked the donuts and they were given to him. My 13 year old son logged in fine and showed proof of his grades before he was able to select his donuts. Now for my 6 year old I was getting an error message and I was not able to log in and show her that. She said I can't give you his donuts if can show me his grades. I told her that the lady and the kid before me wasn't asked anything is it because my son is Hispanic. So I asked to speak to the manager. The manager said oh She should've asked for it but I said she didn't. Which is not fair that she took the white boys word for it but not one of my son's. I even showed her the error message the school website was giving me. She didn't care so at that point it was about the free donuts anymore because I bought 4 dozens for his school. It's more about her making my son feel bad that his word was not sufficient because he was a different race. So I left and made a complaint over the phone and they asked me for their names which I didn't have. So I went back and ask the manager for the information. She said to me I want you to know that I pulled the video and she did ask for a report card. At this point she made me real upset because she's calling me a liar now. I told her no she did not she asked after the fact because I complained. As a manager she acted so unprofessional by trying to embarrass me. At that point my son website was working and I showed her his A's and she didn't bother to apologize or give offered his donuts. He never got them! Instead she rolled her eyes as I walked away and told her employees, " I'm not worried about it, don't worry about it"'. This is the worst experience ever in my life and not for me but for my son. His hard work was not recognized and was treated poorly by staff! I would not recommend anyone to go to this location. I truly feel that my son deserves an apology. This manager shouldn't be in the...
Read moreFirst visit to a KK and left a lot to be desired. The good was the glazed donoughts were great. The doughnut holes (dots) on the other hand seemed likely they were probably “day old” and probably the worst we have ever had or as my daughter described “I feel like they are something I bought at a store, out of a bag that was on the shelf”. Also, ordered a glazed kreme filled as it’s shown on the menu board only to get our box and see it was NOT that but instead was a “chocolate” kreme filled. Not what we asked for, not what we ordered but sometimes a mistake happens, well not a mistake I guess. Lady at the window had quickly left the window area so I had to honk to get her back to drive thru window to let her know we received a chocolate glazed kreme filled and not what we ordered only to have her tell us that was the only kreme filled they had left….ie would have been good to know when I ordered as I don’t like chocolate and would have simply passed…NOT A WORD stating that when I ordered. So I handed it back and asked for a refund of that item, and was told could only give me another doughnut. Not even a simple sorry for the confusion or other standard, customary service orientated response….just another doughnut in its place that I really did not want. She had a not good attitude and seems to be going thru the motions and not happy to be there. Hindsight is 20/20 so looking back on some of the reviews looks like they just sell out of a lot of lots of things and just don’t have great service looking at the reviews and their rating. Live and learn I guess and that’s what reviews are for. Needless to say, I don’t think we will be back and not a great experience overall. I would suggest going to the family-owned donut shop around a corner near you, the last two we’ve been to in the last few weeks for surpass this...
Read moreLiterally the rudest staff ever! The moment we walked in the lady rolled her eyes as in saying ugh more people. I'm sorry but if you dont like working with people get out of the retail field! I'm with my kids so I let it go. Then when it comes to picking donuts of course kids are indecisive so she of course gets all annoyed again. I truly think she just had a bad day but doesn't mean to take out on ppl. Then she walked away saying let me know when you're ready but right as I was going to ask about a flavor she walked away and I kept calling her saying excuse me like 3x. Clearly can tell she ignored me. Then there's these two love birds flirting by the donut machine and the guy looked at me but didn't even call the lady to notify hey they have a question nor did he come help us. Then I waved at him which felt like a min and then he pointed to the girl that was flirting with him that we needed help 2x. I explain to her that her coworker was being a bit rude and that we just wanted to be welcomed mind you I have my kids so of course I want rainbows and sunshine for them while visiting Krispy Kreme which is what KK represents supposedly. We left and came to another location. Definitely will not be visiting this location again!...
