I agree with the previous one star reviews as far as customer service goes. I stopped in one day to check it out, the woman at the desk didn't acknowledge that I even walked in nor did she look up from her phone, so I guess it's possible she really had no idea I was even there even though the door is right by the desk.

I signed up for a paint night thing and the morning of my household woke up sick. I reached out asking if I could receive a refund on the paint night to avoid exposing others to potentially getting sick and was told there's no refunds because they already bought the supplies (although this isn't mentioned anywhere when you initially sign up). I'm confused how a canvas and paint can't be used towards future paint nights considering they hold them every month and why I can't get a raincheck to use the canvas that was specifically purchased for me next month, but it's evident that they don't care about the safety and well being of others so I'm going to still show up and use my special canvas so it doesn't go to waste and hope others...

The customer service in this place is absolutely horrible. My wife and I came in on 9/3 to take a look at the store and were treated like we were bothering the employees. We browsed around and then went to make our purchase. The two workers were talking at the register and didn't even acknowledge us, I placed the earrings down on the counter just waiting. Finally the girl that had been there the entire time on her phone texting and singing along with the ridiculously loud music took the item scanned it said the price and took my card, no receipt or bag given and they went back to their conversation, 10 seconds later they realized I was still standing there and asked if I wanted a bag. You would think that a small business would care a little bit about their service, so my wife reached out to the company through Instagram just to tell them about the experience, they read the message and blocked her. Items were overpriced and VERY cheaply made, don't bother...

I was a vender at the Arrowhead Towne Center on 12/3/22. I was not impressed with the setup. The areas for venders were not marked. I asked the organizer where to setup my 10 X 10 canopy. She had my space number written down but when we walked to the space other venders were already setup in my space. She asked the venders to move down to allow me to setup my area. My 10 X 10 barely fit. I could not properly setup. We were so closely setup on both sides we could not move around. All I heard were excuses from the organizer. PLEASE moving forward if you don't have the space donot over book. It is not fair to...
