Salad and Go — Restaurant in Goodyear

Was driving by and decided unexpectedly to have this for dinner for my family of 5. I ordered everything was fine and at the end of my order I was told that for their convenience next time I was going to place a big order (4 salads and 1 protein box 2 coffees and 2 waters) to order ahead because it’s faster and takes less time. Mind you I was the only one in line… I thought that was extremely rude and uncalled for. I order ahead from here ALL the time (2-4times monthly). But apparently they can’t handle a drive thru order of 4 salads protein box coffee and water? I was pretty shocked and of course didn’t want to upset them since they are making my food so I didn’t say anything to them in person. But come on? Am I missing something here is their a new requirement I didn’t read about or something? Oh and then after getting our salads one was byo which I paid extra for a couple things plus double chicken (on all salads) I get it and it has half the lettuce all the other ones had. Worst experience ever with this location. I did on line order at 1154, said order would be reafy at 1104. I was in the pick up line 15 minutes and no cars moved it was 2 cars in front of me so i decided to walk up by that time 1 car moved. The girl asked my name and handed me a watered down frozen lemonade that she took out of the refrigerator. I asked here if she could give me another that wasnt so watery, she replied it all comes out like that. She never told me a time for my food. She closed the window once I moved away from it. So i rang the bell and asked for a refund. Thd mgr came over never asked why I wanted a refund or even apologized. I left the location at 1125 with no food, and bad setvice. I do not think I will go back to...

I have tried everything on salad and goes menu of course I have my favorites like the Greek and the Cobb salad with chicken or tofu. But I love this restaurant it's fresh it's reasonable The food is good if you love salads which I do and it's a healthy option to junk food like hamburgers and hot dogs. Everyone I've been to the one on Estrella the one in Surprise and the one on Dysart thus far has always been clean they have been efficient they have been friendly and they have been fast. I love their breakfast as much as I love their salads and it's about time somebody has finally made a healthy fast food option. Needless to say their breakfast burritos are the best and a great value I wouldn't go anywhere else for breakfast for fast...
