Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Goodyear

Stopped in just before 7pm on Saturday, after leaving the Balloon Classic. They were cleaning out the case & wouldn't serve us!? On a Saturday!? "We have to shut the case down to clean it for close." ...2 HOURS EARLY!?!

Drove to another location who said that NO store is allowed to close 2 hours early...No wonder this place is so poorly rated.

Piss poor service. No signage lit to signify BR is in Dunkin'. Coulda easily let us get something before shutting it down.

If there is management at the store, they should get rid of everyone that works here. You have multiple customers come in waiting, with three staff who say nothing to them. We ordered a cake two days prior to the date of pick up, only to find out there was a miscommunication between stores, and the cake was not made, so we were given a refund.
