Love the bags. Visited Maine from Florida this summer and purchased one for myself. Proceeded to order 4 bags for my mom and sisters for Christmas because I loved so much. Ordered bags specifically because they were in stock and would arrive before Christmas. Bags did not arrive until after Christmas. This is not my issue as I understand shipping is sometimes out of our control. Only 2 of the 4 bags arrived. Again, I understand this may have been a simple mistake. My problem is that I have tried to contact the company over and over to either receive the remaining 2 bags (which is FAR too late give as a Christmas gift) or get my money back for the bags that I didn’t receive. I understand this is a small business, but we are 3 weeks out from Christmas and I have heard NOTHING back from this company. It is theft. Read moreIt was LOVE at first sight when I drove through Gorham, ME and saw the Erin Flett window display. I pulled over immediately, went into the boutique and felt like I was at home. To say that I don't have a complete crush is an understatement. Our home is now filled with gorgeous creations from Erin Flett--prints in our living room, cushions on our sofa, tea towels and glassware in our kitchen. I wear Erin Flett bucket hats every day in the summer and use her bags (all sizes, shapes, patterns) all.the.time. Not only do I love the quality and creativity of each of her collections, but I love how everything is handmade in Maine. You can tell that there is such attention to detail and people in everything that is made at Erin Flett. Read moreRecently bought a clutch. When it arrived I realized I bought the wrong bag. Emailed and called the company for 30 days finally someone reached out to me. Gave me directions on how to return the unwanted item and reorder the correct item. I than 1.5 weeks ago received a message my package had been shipped. Well I woke up to a message this morning stating it was JUST being shipped. I reached out concerned about there lack of customer service. The owner by mistake sent me a message complaining about humans like me that order the wrong items. With emojis laughing at me. I have heard many complaints about the customer service at Erin Flett and now I have seen it. Making fun of people (especially the owner) is unexceptionable.
