As I am scouring Southern Maine for unique coffee shop experiences, my mother insisted we stop in to try this cozy, unsuspecting place in a shopping plaza I had been to a dozen times. I never noticed this secret tasty haven tucked in the corner of what I always called the Goodwill plaza amongst the busy Gorham hustle and bustle.
Upon entering I was pleased to find traditionally well dressed baristas and bakers hard at work to produce a product you could tell they were proud of. (The sign offers 3 sizes at 3 different prices.) I broke into my hand pie and a clump of cold cheeses fell out. The pie was not warm by any means. Overall it was bad customer service, bad signage and high prices. The Buffalo chicken chili soup was excellent though,...
