There's been a recent surge in review bombings after a popular tiktok video went viral. While it's true gamestop has been known to purchase games and consoles on the cheap, let's not forget that the people who work there are uninvolved with franchise and are simply good and honest people who enjoy video games and gaming culture.

There is simply no good reason to harass, or edit a video in a spiteful way to demean these good hearted people. Target the company if you want to send a message, not the people who work their to earn a living. Most of the time they're just doing the job they've been trained to do....

This GameStop takes the cake for just abysmal service. I stopped by just to see if they had a game I was interested in. While looking a store employee Branden, was talking to a customer (who must have been a former employee). He made fun of & mocked a former employee that had a disability, then began mocking some young kids back playing the PS4 demo console. I was stunned. Called corporate, nothing happened, they apologized. Went back in a few months later there was Branden. I left and...

I have been to this store a time or two to sell an old console and buy new games. Every person behind the desk has never been unkind, inattentive, nor impatient (I'm a novice gamer). Each person respresenting the store knows their stuff and is willing to help anyone. I appreciate quality service and knowledge like this and recommend it to the Goshen...
