( The manager or owner wife made the whole experience horrible), so we barely finished our first plate. My group of 4 friends and me and the woman come up and say check 3 times . I told her we're eating still and she left after the second plate she came and said to check separately or all pursuing us to like leave the restaurant. We weren't doing anything. All we did was eat and talk about how we're doing in life , no loud laughing, nothing that could disturb anyone else . She brought the check and paid for everyone I was about pull my wallet to pay cash tip but when I finished writing the amount on the card paper receipts she kept saying tip and pressured me pay more she even jokingly said ima keep the 5 dollars for the 15 dollar tip I left instead I pay 20 instead of 15 . And made my whole friend group and me uncomfortable. The way she forced me to pay her more into the tip ( Kept saying and pointing at it in the receipts didn't even let me pay first. That's the first thing she kept insisting . Until I gave her 20 to split into 5 so I could give her 10, but she kept the other 5, so I guess she got 15 and then didn't even want to give the other five dollars back but she did and instead of giving me a 5 whole dollar back she single handed me 1 dollar bills slowly trying make me give her more . ( By the way, we left no mess where good manner behavior people we stacked and cleaned the plate when we were done and organized...
Read moreSo I had come in closer to their closing time, anticipating being rushed just because it was 8:30 PM. However I wasn’t expecting to be harassed for a tip. The food wasn’t bad, and the silverware and plates were both free of food. But it was towards the end of my meal (mind you still eating) a lady walked up and brought us our tickets. She hovered by for a little bit until she came back to ask for our cards. I gave her my phone for apple pay at that was that. I was sort of frustrated about getting rushed along and when she came back with a copy of the receipt and a pen. She watched me and my friend both tip $0 dollars and in broken English she exclaims, “No tip?!”. I kid you not this has literally never happened to me so I try and giggle it off and tell her I’m broke. She asks me 3 more times why I put a $0 tip and finally she takes the pen out of my hand crosses out the 0 and replaces it with a $1 tip. Honestly I wasn’t in the mood to fight over a dollar a 4th time so I let it slide and left. Worst of all, the grown woman begging me for a tip didn’t even bring the drinks or seat us, it was a completely different person. I didn’t try the sushi the hibachi grill, so who exactly am I tipping when I get up and go to get the food myself???? Only go here if you like being hovered over and...
Read moreLet’s start with service. The lady who seated us was very friendly and prompt. After getting our drink orders she sent us off to get our meals. While eating, we had gentleman that did come around and refill our drinks for us one time. At the end of our meal, a “waitress” brought the bill and hovered over me waiting for me to give her a card to pay with. Honestly, we weren’t really done. But, to her I guess we were. She then expected me to give her a tip for bringing the bill and even said “What? No tip?” Now, I don’t mind tipping when it’s earned. But, you brought me a bill. I tipped the sushi and hibachi guys. They deserved it. But, this rude individual definitely didn’t earn one. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. How they feel that is acceptable is beyond me. I’d suggest holding it if you go to this restaurant. The food was average. A bit salty to me, maybe not others. Our food was like warm with my boys both getting lo mein that was cold. I did have a couple items that were warm, but they had just came out. They’re food options that had been sitting out for what looked like a while and had a crusty appearance. Overall, not my choice. Expensive for what you get. A disgusting bathroom that should be cleaned more than once a week. And rude server that needs some...
