Burger King — Restaurant in Goshen

Waited at the speaker for close to 5 minutes no one said a thing, so I pulled up the the first window and the lady in the white shirt (manager) looks at me like I’m stupid and says “can I help you” and I said “I’m trying to place an order no one was speaking at the speaker box” and she said “that’s because I was helping the lady in front of you” I didn’t want to argue so I didn’t say what I wanted to say. But I wanted to say was “then you could have said “I’ll be right with you” but I didn’t even get that. She then proceeded to take my order and said “ ok I’m going to have you chill right here for a few minutes” again I didn’t say anything. 3-4 minutes later some younger lady comes and collects my change I then go to the second window which the younger lady gives me my food. I checked the bags and pull everything out and the manager comes to the window and says “is everything ok” I said “every single 4 pc nugget is cold, I wonder why that is” I thought after waiting that long that they were cooking fresh hot food, but NOPE, I was WRONG. Once I said that she just starred at me and didn’t say one word. I then looked at her and said “but that’s fine, I’ll go online and make a review” and I smiled and drove off. This lady had TWO opportunities to make it right. When I first said the nuggets were cold, instead of not saying anything she could have said “I’m sorry, I’ll put fresh ones down for you” NOPE, she didn’t say a word, I then said but that’s fine I’ll go online and make a review and get again, didn’t say ONE WORD or try and make it right she just did say ANYTHING! so I drove away. Burger kind has always been ok for me. It's the best fall back option for me if I can't figure out what to eat. I generally go for the veggie burger which is not the impossible Whopper. I ve tried the impossible, but being a vegetarian, I don't like the taste of juice (with faint hint of blood) from the Patty. So it wasn't for me. Veggie burger is pretty much potato based and some lettuce, onion and tomato and mayo. Simple and not very heavy. I wish they could make more variations with just that or more morning star patties. If they reheat the patties or heat it for too long, you just can't chew them and it leaves a bad taste. I'm wary of having it too many times which is why I don't frequent it very much. Also knowing McDonald's doesn't even have a vegetarian option, I cant complain.

Apart from that, I ve also tried the caesar salad. I believe people can make it better at home. It s a decent portion but still. The fries are like fries and their tater tots are also nice. If you are looking for something other than fries, then you can go for this comfort food. I have previously tried their desserts and have found them to be very unimpressive. You can pretty much bite sugar separately than just have the main dessert.

I like that they have the play area where my bf's son can hang around. But make sure kids wash their hands if they have been in there. I don't think there is WiFi, but I may be wrong, and some big screens for you to watch TV. They generally put on news or some sports show. Try to avoid going in the restrooms. If I could give zero that’s what EVER BURGER KING IN THE ENTIRE WORLD WOULD GET FROM ME!!!! Do you understand!!! From the management to the burger makers to the cashiers, you can tell no one is trained, no one makes enough money. The quality of food, isn’t good enough for me, you get what you pay for, is a true statement. The emphasis made in making the burgers, there is none, big chunks of half dead lettuce, piled on pickles, nasty cuts of onion, barely any ketchup and mayo, the fries are NEVER hot or crispy, or the onion rings, I always have to tell them “fresh fries or fresh onion rings” I mean I used to loooove Burger King, I wouldn’t go to this chain restaurant if they were giving away food for free. If you want a good quality, clean facility, food cooked to order, proper and clean looking employees, and good made burger and fresh and I mean fresh food, GO TO CULVERS, they are the only place in the state of history of fast dining where you will get a good burger and good food, and see clean employees.
